Well I opened an account with them a week ago on Monday and putting all my monies in the account.. I had a doctor's appt on Thursday had to pull out 100 for the doctor. Went to atm low and behold card not valid. So I called the bank got ahold of the banker who helped me and he told me that the wrong account had been opened for me. So it was not good and the card I had was not good. So I missed my doctors appointment ended up having to go to the er on Sat due to missing my appt. Missing 2 days of work. I ask who's fault this is the banker says to me 5 times oh I am sorry my bad ???? What the hell is that unperfessional.. he should not even have a job in the banking industry.. not one phone call about this situation or how to remedy it bad business's in touch cc. So this I. Turn is why u get this horriable review and I am sure it's not the first incident about these situations.. wow I was so happy in the beginning and yall have totally tainted my banking expense with yall.. I hope yall feel good about ur selfs because I am ashamed of yall....

I do not suggest getting a car loan with them I live in Las Vegas and they do not communicate with Texas I’ve been sending in proof of insurance also been paying monthly payments on time every month not a penny late and I talk to the insurance verify side and they always say they didn’t get my proof I’ve talked to Courtney at the Las Vegas branch been emailing Irma Tanguma is has not been no help said she sent my proof of insurance to there team and yet they still marked on my credit report saying I was late on a payment . They do not appreciate you as a customer here even when they are in the wrong they don’t admit it and this has been an on going problem since January . I have documentation of every month being on time with my payments and proof of insurance.

ITCU is highly recommended by Black & Gifted LLC. Abigail's service is impeccable. She is the best banking/financial manager I have encountered in all of my years doing business. The last time I saw someone of Abigail's caliber was in the 90's when I was young and my father took me too his bank who managed his company's money. This is the last time I felt comfortable with a bank because there was a personal relationship and trust that was established. The same thing happened when my husband and I walked into ITCU on Lake Mead for the first time. Abigail greeted us at the door for our 4 PM appointment. The staff member who was originally scheduled to assist us with opening a business account was still busy with another appointment and stopped what she was doing to assist us immediately. Abigail was so nice and professional. Meeting with Abigail was a breath of fresh air! Abigail was so knowledgeable about ITCU products and services and how they can add value to a person's business. After we opened our account Abigail walked us over to their teller machine where you hit a button and a teller comes up on the computer screen. It is ZOOM/GOOGLE MEETS at the credit union! Amazing technology and service. With the social distancing that is required during the #VID, this is an remarkable feature to have. As we waited for only a few minutes at the machine, Miguel to appears to assist us. Miguel was helpful and funny. Miguel bragged about his long locks as we took his picture because we were so amazed by the whole experience with great technology and customer service rolled into one! Before we left we met with the branch manager Rowan and another employee Alex. This was yet another outstanding experience because my husband and I have never met a branch manager so personable to everyone coming into the credit union. That alone speaks volumes! Exceptional customer service from ever aspect of the Lake Mead location. To be honest it is very hard to find a financial institution (especially in Las Vegas) that has above 4 stars and over 80 reviews. We searched for weeks before we decided to bank with In Touch Credit Union and our research paid off because so fare we are quite happy being apart of the ITCU family. The great reviews about Abigail are real! Abigail is so spot on with her compassion, knowledge and customer service. She has a level of excellence that I respect and admire. With her attention to detail and exceptional organization skills, Abigail and her team help ease my anxiety when it comes to other people managing our money.

Opened a new account there. Took an hour for someone to come out to help us open it. She grabbed my husband's baseball cap off his head. So rude. Bad customer service. The interactive teller system is awful.

If you want to stand around and not get helped while employees are chatting it up in the offices, this is the place for you. Dont go at lunch time, these people blow. I have been with this credit union for 13 years and the customer service continues to go to the trash.

One of the ABSOLUTE WORST financial institutions that I have EVER had the unfortunate mispleasure of being with. My card NEVER works and and there are CONSTANT ERRORS with my accounts. I just replaced my card today, they shredded my previous card, wouldn't believe that my name was misspelled on my card and then proceed to keep my account connected to my old shredded card. So now I am stranded without money in front of a closed bank.
