Dudes still working there after all these years.... Yeah, well, I needed gas and we all know I can't sell my liver.

Is this a pawn shop or a poor man’s Best Buy? I was hoping to sell a few items to recoup some losses I took from terrible ex-tenants of mine who had left them. The clerk kept finding fault with a lot of things (ex: missing darts on a dart board, a small hole in the hose of a vaccum, etc) & I just wasted a lot of time and gas coming here. I even had a Louis Vuitton umbrella that could have been worth good money but he wouldn’t even consider it. Apparently if you don’t come in with an iPad or something you couldn’t return recently at Best Buy they give you the cold shoulder 😡

Bought 50 inch 4000k led flat screen... Bought peace of mind plan for 14 days. Stopped working same day as brought home. Brought in with no signs of physical damage on outside or screen yet they refused to honor guarantee they sold me. The man of advanced years was not trained well... or just had a bad attitude amd no keys to check prices for unlabeled items. to wait simply to get a price. Yeah in line to simply see items for sale that are usually overpriced and then in line to pay. He could have at least been patient or friendly.

I got impressed with the customer service from Jacob!!! I always think of pawn shops like rip off places, but this place gave you a decent price for your gold , also they are honest in the whaigt, the store have an armed security with is good, location is very visible to anyone who passed driving, parking just outside the door, my girlfriend sold all her gold from gifts of old boyfriends back in her days, we were expecting a ridiculous amount to walk out and go somewhere else but im glad Jacob was right in the numbers, to the people who want to sell gold go there and not other places.

Getting told the managers here then hes not here then hes on the phone. ALL BS! Customer service to people who are paying you money shouldn't include lying to paying customers. Bad impression. Id rather be told hes here but doesnt want to come out and talk to you rather tham being treated like im an idiot and being lied to my face.

I've been coming to this location for over 15 years. Ive seen the changes and the staff come and go; especially Management. Denton, the current manager is polite, professional, and accommodates his long time guests,"VIP'S", with total attention and dedication. They always give me the max on my loans. This is my favorite location. Keep up the awesome work guys. Thanks for ALL you do!

I have used this pawn shop for more than 4 years - mainly to buy items. I have always found them to be very helpful and give you the best price they can. They are always very competitive and lower priced than other Pawn shops in the area. Maybe how some of the reviewers were treated reflect a mirror image of how they deal with people.Some of the customers the Pawn shops have to deal with have very unrealistic appreciation of the value of their items and are VERY rude when they are offered realstic values.

Every time I go in here they seem to be uninterested and moody. Today was the last straw...I was dealing with one person (Jacob, I believe his name was. He was really sweet) and the MANAGER rudely comes up and interrupts me talking and says “I’m not gonna make anything off of this you should have told her no!” As if I’m not standing there.. then proceeds to snatch my item out of the workers hand and says “I’ll take over from here..” looks at me and says “my phone has more memory than this. I’ll give you $10 as a courtesy but I don’t want this. I can only get $60 from this.” I then told my brother to take it up there and sell it he said they offered him $40 for it. The time before that I went there and there were police everywhere and blocked off with tape...apparently someone got shot inside (so I heard). So I say all of that to say go to a different pawn shop. The one on jones and Sahara and the one on Sahara and buffalo are great! This one is ghetto, dirty and unprofessional.

I was Offered $100 for MacBooK Pro i7 2.6 8GB 750GB HD 15-in Mint Condition! I knew I was not gonna get decent service with Soul brother and sister number 1. Neither of them even turned on the Mac or ask me the Mac's specs?! They obviously did not want my black business in their Summerlin pawn shop.

Its 10/11/16. 7:27pm. I call someone picks up and immediately hangs up. Must be a mistake. I call back someone answers without saying anything and immediately puts me on hold. They don't close until 8. Its 7:30pm. Went to a voice mail, I call back, a female answers the phone, she puts me on hold, I wait 10 minutes and back to voicemail I go. Its 10/11/16 7:45pm. My guess is that they are neglecting to take calls because the store is closing. I left a message. We will see what happens. -Ronnie Thompson
