Illinois Currency Exchange N Central Ave, Chicago

Their doors were locked at 7:50 although they said they're open until 8. I called them and they said they have to 'count money and stuff'. That's not my problem, just say you're open until 7:45 instead of 8 then! You're not really open. Unreal.

I was just there yesterday 9/17/2019 to get a State license plate sticker. The little blonde lady that's been there years said she needed the complete VIN number or registration or insurance card. I walked out. Today I went to a different currency exchange and no problem. The said they use the ID number already on the card! How is it this other place doesn't know that? I don't think this blonde knows what the hell she is doing or the cheap dye is affecting her brain ! I would give zero stars for this place.

Every time I go inside here they have restrictions on everything when every other currency exchange do their best to help the customers I hope this place gets shut down what’s the point of being open if you can’t help customers

Horrible service! 2 people working with 1 person! The slowest and worse currency exchange I’ve ever been to! Avoid this place!! Do not come here and waste your time! What a joke!

This currency exchange is great, nice friendly service I’ve never had an issue with staff. And I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years.

Rude.Obviously you work at a currency if you have zero customer service skills..naturally if you were raised by parents who taught you "some" manners you are probably over qualified.

Horrible customer service. I even asked for a manager and she refused. Very rude lady with an accent . I came here to have a paper notarized and she wouldn't do it but I was here at this same place and a different lady notarized it for me.

If they can work slower they will work backwards.....avoid if you can
