I just visited this location to get my plate sticker and the lady that helped me was quite possibly the nicest person I've ever encountered in customer service ever. So if you're looking for speedy and friendly service 7:00 p.m. on a Tuesday is apparently the way to go

I have used this currency numerous times for their Notary service.I have always received polite, professional, courteous and considerate service.

All windows close only one open . Waited more than 20min with customers waiting for awhile and the other lady in the back just watching . Horrible customer service.

I called in the morning, which I never do before visiting a currency exchange. The woman who answered was kind and helpful. I did lose a connection the first call, though. Regardless, when I arrived I was taken car of quickly, parking was available, and the staff was very nice.

My wife tried to get a document notarized, but a rude Polish woman refused service because the words on the document were too difficult for her to understand. She claimed that they don't notarize XYZ type of documents as a policy, but this wasn't anything close to that type of document and her failure to grasp English was the problem.

8:33 pm and the place is closed . It’s supposed to be open till 9:00 pm . Thanks for wasting my gas !

Do yourself a favor and cash your check somewhere else. The manager, Vanessa, is very unprofessional and will share your personal confidential information with other people you may know that go there. I have filed a complaint with the headquarters and will never go there again. Go there only if you want Vanessa to blab your personal financial information to everyone you know.
