Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services S Allante Ave, Boise

I have a loan through Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services. As an organization, I have not had any issues. Their lack of a quality website and customer account access, however, is a significant issue. Idaho Farm Bureau Financial Services does not have any system in place to allow customers to set up auto-payment, look at balances or payment history, make advanced principle payments, etc. Payments must be made by hand written checks or by manually entering account information on a open form. This is an unacceptable issue and will result in me avoiding this company in the future. I'd love to see this issue be resolved.

Initial experience with this company was good, we financed a 5th wheel through the company and paid it off early. Thinking that was a positive experience we went back and talk to Les they financed my car. Now if you are perfect at keeping your payments exactly on time they might be for you. But if not they will harass you on the even before 30 days Late you will be harassed. I called and left a message on their voicemail service letting them know of my issue of a late payment and even said I understand the late fee. I am a 100% disabled veteran with PTSD, so when I tell you Les was a complete a-hole on the phone I'm understating my rage. I am currently on the road, yesterday seeing my fallen brothers at Arlington. During their normal business hours time differences I did not always have cellphone service crossing the country. I called left a message that conveniently he did not get, check your messages before accusing me of lying. My message explained to them if he had checked it, or their office had relayed it to him. We planned to pay both payments before the next due date. Remember I am under 30 days At this point, he told me hes already been by my house saw the car in the driveway, when I told him I'm traveling as if I can't travel without a car or an RV. I could understand if I had history of being late over 30 days all of the time or late over 30 days. BE WARNED DO NOT BE EVEN A FEW DAYS LATE, BECAUSE THE LATE FEE IS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE HARRASSMENT AND ACCUSATIONS THAT WILL FALLOW. I have upgraded my reviews fro1 star as a 1 star as initially I have set up auto payment and the harrassment stopped. I would say they are at this point moderate place to get a loan. If you have the ability to auto pay its the only way I would consider a loan from them. I would have even given a higher rating if they had issued an apology for calling me a liar and they had a better website to view your balances and make payments. One guy does not make a place bad.

I've had multiple loans with les and scott and i make my payments and have no issues these guys. They will help you out when needed and will always be there for you as long as you make your payments that's all there is to it. if your going to be late communication goes along way. it's not an easy job dealing with people sometimes but these guys would do anything to help out a good a customer

Been doing business with Farm Bureau for several years with several vehicles bought through them and Scott and Les have always done me right. i have never experienced any harassing calls or issues. pay your bills on time and they have no reason to bother you!!!

Horrible business practices! Harassing phone calls before payment is due. Threats of repossession before payments are due. Taking unauthorised payment. Les Warner has horrible customer service and all over horrible person.
