Oh man. The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was top notch. I got a lot of help from melissa in finding the right items among the available products. Great experience. Give that girl raise!

This store was decent. One employee was swearing and saying the f***. The guy that helped me didnt know what he was talking about or looking up. They should train or hire their employees to learn about things they have and sell.

They were super rude to me and wouldn't listen to me, they kept asking my male friend (my ride) about MY MERCHANDISE like it was his, I even said "HELLO", this stuff isn't his it's MINE then they'd just continued to talk about my merchandise and how it was going to be SOLD, I in return said, I'm coming BACK for my TV'S and that skateboard is my HUSBAND'S, they're like " Everyone say's THAT, they'll come back and DON'T, I said," I WILL & I AM GOING TO" it took me forever to even BUY the thing. After a moment of award silence they kept undermining me and talking about me like I wasn't in front of them how RUDE & inconsiderate, also very unprofessional!!

Had an amazing experience at pawn 1 the other day. A young woman named denora helped me out and had an amazing attitude while doing so, even though I was very indecisive.

My experience at this shop is always outstanding, there's wonderful staff that makes sure you don't walk away until you're satisfied!! They’re literally the best pawn shop in town!

Adam and Dave are great. Newer, Cleaner store than it had been in the last few years. You should check it out. The rest of the staff is great as well.
