Worst location. The people there r very rude. No customer sevice skills at all. They need 2 have a attitude adjustmentsadjustments

Every other visit they mess up something completely, then don’t even tell you until you find out later. I work 9-5:30 every day except Sunday, and the branch closes at 6. So I’m usually there under last closing minutes. (I have never ran into the same person twice for some reason, except the manager) I get that it’s usually late in the day but they have charged me fees and didn’t make me aware during my visit, they have been rude through the drive-up for absolutely no reason, and their policies are absolutely inconvenient and annoying for everyone except them, and they just sound like laziness, who knows if they’re even policies. I will try another branch, but I’ll be switching banks AGAIN after only 3 months.

Every time I go inside or go through the drive-thru, the employees are very helpful and nice. I went to talk to them about some charges and they were very eager to set things right and to help out by any means. They are very busy but they do at least acknowledge your presence and say that will be right with you, which is good. nothing bad to say.. its one of the nicest of the bank's branches.

They closed down the branch in my town and closed my account without contacting me about it.i didn't find out till my dad deposited the check last night on his way to work in the night deposit and i got a call today that my account had been cancelled. I qent to go pick up my check but they never gave me a proper address to put into my GPS they just said 41st and garnett. I drove all over tulsa and couldn't find it. I dont live in tulsa im from a small town i rarely visit tulsa.i have to go back tomorrow to try again. Deffinately going open a new account with a local bank. Driving there to deposit a check or get a bew card is too stressfull. If they had notified me earlier about my account being in danger of getting closed i would have fixed it. Im a full time art student i don't get steady income. But i could have had money put in my account. It would just be nice to get a call about changes to location or my account. Even if its just a voicemail. The people are very nice. The company just needs to work on its notifications.

The employees are nice and friendly. However not always compitent and the drive thru is a nightmare. It takes 15 minutes and that's when there are only 2 cars. Save yourself the time and just walk in strangly it is faster.

The teller I used was rather rude, she did not want to cash the check her client had written to ME, for services rendered. This made not even one ounce of sense to me. If their client wrote the check to me, then what are they in business for? They tried "bullying" me into using the check to opening a checking account with them! I had never heard of this tactic before but apparently IBC thinks this is "good business".!

Excellent people and friendly service. Never a problem. Always helpful. A team of professionals that treat everyone as though they are the most important customer.

Worst branch ever am very seriously thinking of changing banks because of this branch. Poor management very, very rude, nasty employees. They do something wrong then refuse to give you their names. Very, very poor customer service.

This location is the slowest in this area. Takes forever at drive through. Not sure if it's just under staffed or what. But I try not to use thos location if at all possible.

I cashed my paycheck quickly. Hunter was very professional.
