Huntington Bank E 82nd St, Indianapolis

This is the closest bank to my office, so I come in anytime I need to cash a check or make a transaction. The staff has always been pleasant and engaging. They have been very professional and efficient when conducting business. It's a pleasure to deal with them!

Was great to do business with them on a recent increase in my Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), Austin Hoover even set me up with a Bridge Loan to cover the time before it was fully cleared, and I wasn't thinking of whether that was even be a possibility to expedite some HVAC upgrades. Thanks Huntington, and Thanks Austin for correctly anticipating that need!!

IF YOU HAVE A LOAN WITH THIS BANK BEWARE!!!! They will switch your loans to higher commission vehicles if you don't watch them. I filed a complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Indiana Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The branch manager Josie Walsh packaged and sold my wife and I an SBA loan. Under the CARES ACT 6 months of payments, principle, and fees were to be forgiven. Only after I received a call from the Huntington Recovery Team that I was behind on my payments even though Josie Walsh said it was an SBA loan.

Staff are always friendly and will give you the time needed to perform transactions. I actually look forward to talking with staff. No place is perfect but they do a great job for me. Don’t know why the other reviews show1STAR. My guess is they aren’t regular customers, if at all, and enjoy criticizing people.

They don't even deserve a star, very rude and upsetting. I went to go try to get change for under $50 which at any other bank is just fine with doing as long as its under $100. I will NEVER go there again and I won't open an account there at all.

Most Huntington’s I’ve been to have been great. Don’t know why this one is so poorly managed. Tellers are friendly though

The entire team is very friendly, quick to service, and always helps to answer my questions. I recently moved, and drive out of my way to come to this branch!

JEN is awesome. just ask for her. With out her this branch is ehh.
