    Haven't been there yet, but Francisco took great care of me! I'm traveling from Wi. to purchase a vehicle private party, and wanted to make sure they had enough $ on hand, etc. 1st of all, I called about 3 different locations in the area, for about 15 minutes...no-one answered until Francisco! He double-checked to make sure they had the $$ on hand, told me about fiance promotions, and let me know the forms of ID I'd need. Thanks so much man!

    Walk into make a car payment, a rep wouldn't take my payment until teller came back from her lunch. How is it that the bank rep can't accept a payment when there is nothing else going on in bank. Was not busy either. Very rude rep as well. Didn't catch his name or I would post.

    This has been the worst bank I've dealt with. I would never choose to bank here. (Business acct) & I will tell everyone to never bank here.

    I tried to call this location and they did not answer the phone for at least 20 minutes and there is no option to wait on hold so I had to cycle through the menu repeatedly. I live an hour and a half away and want to make sure they will close my account when I arrive due to other bad experiences but they won't answer when I call. Just another reason to close this account.

    Made an appointment to be see on a Saturday to set up an account. Showed up on time. Waited additional 20 mins to be seen. Another employee was asked to help. It took almost 2 hrs to set up a student account. We have banked with BofA for 20 years. In other states with no problem. Quick prompt service. Indiana BofA not so much.

    Olivia Rogers does not do a good job of being accommodative to customer needs. If she does not have authorization to issue a bank letter in a certain format, it is common sense to just forward the request to bank manager instead of adamantly refusing the customer. If the manager had not been available, or did not intervene, I would have been stranded. But Joe Wilkins is an amazing manager, and knows how to handle customer needs fully! 3 stars for Joe, and Olivia could hone her customer serving skills a bit - as tip for Olivia, Managers have more privileges for a reason, make use of that fact and treat customers better, instead of adamantly refusing them.

    I visited this branch after locking my debit card because I couldn't remember my PIN. I was already agitated from dealing with the automated Bank of America customer support line and from locking my self out when I visited this branch, but the customer service at this branch had me smiling when I left. Every person I interacted with was very helpful and accommodating. I had all of my issues resolved and also learned about some new opportunities/offers. Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a bank.

    My customer service representative was pleasant, the problem is the cumbersome, time-consuming and customer unfriendly bureaucratic red tape process B of A makes their customers endure for the simplest of account maintenance issues. It should never take 90 minutes to add a signer to two deposit accounts. Bigger is not better....it's maddening.

    This center is the best BoA financial center I went to so far! Every single person was very professional. The person at the front desk( I think Joe) was proactive, always standing, super helpful in answering all questions and making sure we’re all set! We went to most of the offices in this center for different purposes. Channary with her great attitude, provided very helpful information and guided us very well! She wrote down information to help us understand the process better and we learned a lot from her. Oscar was very busy but he was an active listener and he answered all our questions and provided some helpful suggestions. He is the best lending consultant I’ve talked to this year. Stefanie today helped me solve an issue in a very timely manner that I didn’t even expect to be able to solve! She is great! All of them always smiled and made a great experience! This place is a very well managed financial center. Thank you all! Note: The logo of BoA at this center is not visible when you get close to the bank.

    The branch manager was there to greet me as soon as I walked in, he was so stinkin nice! I sat with a banker that helped me with my accounts, she was so sweet. Overall, it was pretty cool in there!
