I was a first-time homebuyer who was attempting to navigate the homebuying process without a broker. Chris Rimar led me through the entire process. His response time was amazing. It seemed like any time, day or night, he would respond to my questions instantly. I can not tell you how much of a relief it is to have someone by your side truly working as an advocate for you. I Highly recommend working with Chris for any of your mortgage needs. I will contact him the next time I am ready to buy a house.

Ryan and his team did our refinance in March 2020 and we were very satisfied. Application on-line was super easy and quick. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. What stood out the most is how quickly they responded and kept the process moving.

Second time I called this company.... disappointed both times. First time company pulled my credit with a "hard" hit, even after I specifically asked them not to and they agreed. Second call today to check back and see if rates were better, I got a guy who was a super fast talker, not professional at all and said the only way he could help me was to go through the complete application process. When I mentioned not all companies require that, he said "Well, they'll throw all kinds of numbers at you, blah blah blah". Seems to me this outfit just wants to get you hooked in. If they were super legit and confident in their product, they would be transparent and professional and make you feel confident. Instead they come across as a scam (which I don't think they are).

The Home Loan Experts made the process of refinancing my home simple and relatively stress free. They always answered all my questions quickly and clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your home loan needs.

Talk to a expert, unloaded all my documents with no response. Been over a week. Called wells Fargo was approved within 3 hours of uploading my docs with an great low rate. They are all over the radio but customer service has some work to do.

Their commercial is so creepy and constant that I would never even consider using this company. I'm not sure who they are trying to slam with "unlike some people", but if I did know, they would be my first phone call when I needed a home loan.

Disappointed in the extremely slow speed at which they move. Started a simple refinance on our home back in December, it's now the end of March and they just let me know, they are closing my account because they cannot get the job done. All the time sensitive documents I signed and sent in back had expired and they can't use them. It could be I just wasn't a big enough client or something.

First time home buyer. I was educated on the entire process before hand and informed during the entire process. They were able to pre-approve me within hours of me providing my information. Once I found a home they closed earlier than the agreed upon closing date!

Advertisements say they are lending when others are not...it’s not true. Was told due to the current virus and all the crazy things going on that additional restrictions have been in place that weren’t there before. Could very well be a fine company but my experience wasn’t the greatest.
