2 stars. 1 star for being a great help and assisting me in what I need to know and well... the other is being generous. I've asked for a winshield replacement for my Celi for a little over 250$ and I don't have a garage so due to weather conditions (snow and rain) last week I wasn't able to get it replaced. The next following week, I come in and im notified that the glass technicians are out on mobile. That's understandable. But when I've been waiting here since 8am and it's near 11am with no phone call or any notifications whether they're still busy, on route to where im at (located at Gerber collision on Halsted), or notify me if they're able to come and replace my winshield it's absurd. I'm not coming here for a 3rd week just to go through the same thing. I'm sorry, but I've given a 2nd chance and a little of my time.

That was two days before Christmas, my left back wheel curved due to hit some hard stuff on road. Rick check it out and fixed it in 10 minutes. I can't imagine if I can't use my car during Christmas. Appreciate Rick's kind help.
