GECU Dyer St, El Paso

I went yesterday 3/31/21 and had agent Gracy who had bad customer service and also didn’t do her job correctly shred my atm card the one she didn’t supposed to. I have to get this fix on the phone thanks to Pat so now I am waiting for a new atm card. Idk if this lady was giving me just attitude since I am “Karen” even though I could have done it but didn’t feel like arguing with her but honestly I expected from younger agent not having good customer service but to a mid 40 lady to have ugly customer service she should look for another job is she doesn’t like her job.

GECU has been my banking institution for as long as I’ve lived in El Paso. Excellent financial institution that has provided above and beyond service for my entire family. Today my son and I spoke with Crystal and received us like family. My son is driving back home in a brand new vehicle whom I am at loss of words for how proud he’s made me as a Father. Thank You GECU for your outstanding service to our beloved community!

I am beyond upset with them. I have been a member with them since 2013. Never done wrong with my acct, never left a negative balance long, always thought they were great… recently my acct had a fraud transaction, WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. And they want to close my acct(which I understand) but do not want to allow me to open a new one… like why not? None of my information is on my online to where they can access again… I don’t live in town but I send money to my mom from here, and I ask this person like my mom and I use this acct.. she then proceeds to tell me I am sorry but you’ll have to find another financial institution…. beyond livid and very disappointed…

Very clean conveniently open till 7 only personal cashiers... great place to bank

Care more about covid than customers. Employees standing around with sanitizer and thermometers but make you wait 45 minutes to talk to a automated teller. Get to work.

I HATE there Zelle system, it states there a transaction limit on how much money I can send. Stupid system indicates I can’t send an amount past the transaction limit so I tried several amounts ranging from $500 to $5 and nothing went through! I am getting rid of this bank!

The inpersonal "Personal Teller" system is a joke. They have people sitting at a counter b.s.ing about their lives while you wait at basically an ATM with a screen. I standing there waiting for almost 5 mins and no help. And all I wanted was a money order

Everyday that I have gone I have to do the dumb temp check but today on a sat the “lady” isn’t there so it’s ok to come in without a temp check?? Get rid of it or do it everyday!! How ridiculous!

They should have an online service, where you are able to make payments on your personal banking. It's very inconvenient to go to the branch everytime you have to make a payment.

My account was frozen due to delinquent accounts but they were still freezed from my supplemental security income which is protected and exempt from the federal Go vernment from wage garmishment but gecu still froze my accounts
