Frost Bank Far W Blvd, Austin

We have used Frost for years after being frustrated with other banks. Their customer service is exemplary and their bankers go out of their way to help you. COVID has been a perfect example of this. We got a PPP loan and our banker was hands on and helpful with the process. So much so that other friends with businesses moved there as well. When you call you will always get a human and they can typically solve any issue you have. I highly suggest you give them a try for commercial or personal banking.

Went to the branch on far west this am. 4 people sitting at their desk talking to each other. Only ONE teller. I needed to get temp checks, was told the teller has to help me. She was busy with a customer who was going to be awhile! I stood behind him, one of girls came up to talk to me (said: yes only teller can help me) (clearly the 4 people at their desks couldn't help) and 3rd person walked in. Another teller walked out and started helping the lady behind me. Branch manager walks by me ask the same lady being helped if she needed help. she said: already being helped, manager looks at me and walks into her office! I left branch, rethinking why I have an account with frost. I'm in my late 40's (used to model and now I'm an engineer) and dressed business casual, smiling, and friendly. I said hi when I walked in branch. I have no tattoos and welldressed. I had a girlfriend try to open an account at a different branch downtown, but because she had tattoo they refused to open her an account - seriously over tattoos! Its Austin! She now has an account at wells Fargo. This branch makes you feel like you have to be dressed up like a millionaire when you walk in to get helped! It's a very uptight, stuffy branch!

I've used this location many times over the years and I've never had any problems. My go to guy James is always on point and very helpful. I normally just go through the drive thru though because it's always pretty fast.

Very poor customer service from Katie & Thomas. Katie asked come back with more documentation, so I drove home in traffic and came back. And it still wasn't sufficient. Don't waste your time here sick with one of the big national Banks

Been using Frost Bank since the 1980's and always have a wonderful experience. Always taken great care of me and my banking business.

The female teller at this location was extremely rude, dressed as if she was going hunting, and didn’t bother to put on any makeup. This is not what I’m used to at Frost Bank.

This is the best looking building in Austin. I definitely recommend see this at night. The building is one of the very first skyscrapers in Austin.

friendliest customer service ever, from the moment i walked in to the moment i left the exit door. everyone is great.

Drive thru is open early during the week & is always fast.
