Cody, Cory, and Meche are fantastic folks. We were encouraged to work with a local lender, even though interest rates and closing costs might end up being slightly higher. Cody was happy to meet us in person, walk us through the loan process (FTHB), and even show us the tools he uses to check interest rates for the day. He answered all of our questions and was quick to answer any/all questions from my realtor, who he had not met previously. Cody and his team were extremely responsive to questions, responding by phone or email typically in 30 minutes or less. He provided many different options, amortization schedules for the loan types, and helped me understand points in a way that did not many me feel pressured to go one way or another. They promised a FAST close time and they absolutely delivered on it. When we needed a revised pre-approval letter, they ensured we had one as fast as possible, even on the weekends. I felt fully supported by Cody and team, I feel like the closing costs came out lower than expected, and I am very happy with the interest rate we have on our loan. I look forward to working with Cody again in the future!
