Loved Coral Breeze (A)! Pool and patio were great. Had an A/c issue and Kevin was there in no time and had it fixed. Wonderful little haven. Will definitely come back!

My second stay at Beach Dream was... a dream! Lovely property, very well managed. When I had a question, I called the office and the wonderful Suzy was able to answer my question quick as a wink. Very good experience two times in a row, so I will be booking again in the future.

I keep getting suspicious texts from them after showing interest in a post on Craigslist. They keep asking for pics of my license and a $250 non refundable deposit. This company could be phishing and stealing your info and money so beware! I'm sorry, but the text messages I am getting say Florida Dreams Realty. There is no distinction in the name so how could I know it isn't you? If it truly isn't then you should be as concerned as I am that they are posing as you and rectify it.

I could definitely recommend Florida Dreams Realty. The service was perfect. They gave great advice and always were very helpful. We are looking forward to our next stay in Anna Maria with Florida Dreams Realty.

Markus represented me over a year ago and also represented the Seller. Because he lived an hour away he had the neighbor allow me into the property, instead of making the drive. He got to "double end" the deal (representing both the Buyer and the Seller) and received both sides of the commission. A little over a year later I asked him to provide a competitive market analysis to submit to my IRA (which is how the property was purchased). This takes about 5 minutes to accomplish. He told me to go elsewhere! He is LAZY and NOT customer service oriented.

Fast response great service quick turnaround Pam Russ was the best. She kept me informed and was very easy to work with.

This was a nice place to stay. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that were addressed quickly, and a couple of inaccuracies on VRBO that were also corrected. The condo was well maintained and very clean. Would likely stay at again.

Great stay. The company was really accommodating, and the place was great....5 minute walk from beach...5 minute walk from restaurants. Had a minor maintenance issue, but they were over in 5 minutes to make it right. Would definitely stay again!
