    I obtained my vehicle loan at FSCU and my agent Michelle was such a delight. She went above and beyond to assist me with how to explain to the dealer I was getting funded by them. I was at work so her time efficiency was amazing. Wonderful service throughout the process!!! 👍👍

    I was very disappointed when I tired to apply for home refinancing. I got a call from a representative. She was courteous but unfortunately, I was occupied and unable to talk. I asked her to call me back at 4pm on 02/8 Tuesday but never got the call back. So I decided to call back and spoke to another representative. I wish they could pull the call and hear our conversation. I was told that escrow was not included. That alone being said was a deal breaker. Later that week celeste the rep who gave me that info called me back and said I misunderstood her. Well, Maybe she didn't explain herself well to be understood. I just told her "ok that's fine". By then to be honest I just didn't want to continue a conversation with her. I said thank you and that was it. Now, I will not say she was rude. She was courteous but maybe requires a little more training.

    I was assisted by Suzanne via phone while filing a dispute, this was my second time dealing with her and I absolutely hated this experience more than the first time, she’s not friendly, helpful or professional , our interaction was more like an interrogation I can’t believe a member was treated so poorly while trying to resolve an issue that I had no control of, she’s condescending and rude, I wonder if she treats every member this way, we went back and forth basically arguing because I wanted to make a dispute about my money! Love FSCU as a financial institution absolutely hate having to deal with someone like her she’s a piece of work to say the least…

    These guys deserve negative stars and should rename to Last Service Credit Union. I applied for a personal auto loan and I clearly explained to the lady that I have other vehicles which are tied to my business and could prove they’re being paid from my business account but they’re either too stupid or lazy and whichever one it is its unacceptable. Avoid this bank and go to a real one.

    I have never left a review before but I was so amazed by how Arieal and Celeste jumped through hoops to get me a pre approval so that I could make an offer on a house before end of day on Friday. I have not experienced this type of service from a CU in the past and I have been a member of 2 others. Service at its best.
