The West Chester branch personnel are THE BOMB! They are all nice and friendly, especially Kaitlyn, Kate, and Alyssa, led by Keith and his terrific management style. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the complimentary coffee is an added bonus. Thanks fire

I rarely write reviews but this time I feel compelled to do so. I have had my business since 2006 and have been with T* B**NK, P*C, and most recently First Resource Bank. There is absolutely no comparison. The level of personal service I receive from First Resource is unmatched. I contacted them recently to add a Money Market Account and it was done in 10 minutes...literally! At T* B*N* or P*C it would have been days to complete...been there! One of the main reasons I switched was a phone call...actually several....to PNC "Customer Service" to fix a botched deposit. I wasted hours repeating myself and on hold to solve a problem that never should have happened. I was NEVER able to speak to the same person twice and had to re-explain the problem over and over. That was the end. Every time I need something from First Resource Bank, it is done without issue and always in a timely fashion. Everyone is extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the request gets handled properly the first time. If you are looking for a bank that can do everything the big banks do but also offers a level of personal service that can't be matched, look no further than First Resource Bank!

Wow what a great experience I just had with First Resource Bank and Jack Ellis their West Chester branch manager. Jack worked tirelessly to secure my PPP loan. It’s rare to see solid 5-star reviews, but FRB deserves every one of those stars! Banking at First Resource Bank was one of the best business decisions I ever made! I was initially reluctant to switch to FRB because I liked my former bank, & switching banks is always a hassle. However, I heard rave reviews about FRB from others, and when they offered services that my former bank didn't, I decided to give them a try. What a great decision! From the start, FRB made switching banks incredibly easy and pleasant. Since then, FRB has exceeded my expectations in every respect. They deliver impeccable, personalized service; all the benefits & protections of a large bank; plus numerous intangible & invaluable perks of a small, local bank. I didn't anticipate how many advantages there would be to banking with a local bank that knows their customers personally and that's as dedicated to serving their needs as FRB is . They offer every service a business could want. They make every process simple, clean, expedient, and accurate. When they say, "Zero-fee business banking," they really mean it--zero fees! Nothing hidden! I have never had to wait on hold on the phone or gotten transferred around multiple places to find answers. If I reach out with an issue after-hours, I get a response almost immediately. That tells me they care enough about their customers to staff adequately and cross-train staff. Every staff member I've encountered has been warm, personable, and willing to take time to patiently and thoroughly explain procedures. Worthy of special mention are Robin and Pam. You just don't find individuals in banking who are as genuine, helpful, and knowledgable as these two young ladies are! As I deal with my own customers, I often get an earful of all the things their banks DON'T do. Those sorts of things just don't happen at FRB. In short, there's a reason why FRB has been named "Best of Chester County" so many times! P.S. I came home from my mother’s funeral yesterday to find a beautiful vase of flowers and lovely, personal note from Robin waiting for me. Seriously—what other bank VP does that sort of thing??? It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it...

The loan officers and loan committee made the process for obtaining a payment protection plan (PPP) super easy and didn’t hesitate to answer all my questions and concerns. As a small business owner, it’s so important to find a bank I can trust and truly rely on. Fran and everyone at First Resource always go above and beyond for their customers!
