TD Bank E Market St, West Chester

Achilles, Susan and Sandy are amazing. I came in to open a checking account for my 14 year old son 30 minutes before they closed. This was after another TD location told me they couldn’t do it because they were short staffed. Achilles patiently explained that it would take 30-40 minutes. Susan walked us through the set up process and Sandy showed my son how to use the ATM and do mobile deposits. They could not have been nicer or more professional. They went the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated. Well done!

Horrible waited for almost 10 minutes it wasn’t even busy here. You would think having money they serve you faster but in reality they don’t smh very disappointed and will be reporting them to my bankers.

Store manager Rick investigated a problem with a deposited check and said it was all good but call back if the problem persists. The next day when it still didn't show, I called and left a message for him (he was unavailable), and never got a call back. Three days later I called again and said I get a call back or will go there in person. He called back within minutes, said he will check into it and call me back. Over 2 hours later I got a call from a teller named Ryan saying "Sorry,this is a brand new policy we have with checks, it will be another five days", and when I asked for Rick he said he was now off-site doing visits and unavailable until next week. End result is $245 in bank fees, lies, and no accountability from the staff. Never had this problem at TD Bank in Exton and after changing this year to this branch, have now had this problem twice in less than two months. Don't waste your time or money here, or think that the Branch Manager Rick cares or can take accountability without passing the buck.

I am a big fan of TD Bank b.c they are what they advertise, America's most convenient bank. This specific TD however, contradicts what they claim. They might say open till 7 but they actually close the bank at 5 and only allow you to do basic transactions that could be done at the ATM at the drive through. Personally I have no reason to go to the bank unless I need some one on one assistance and I work till 5. This TD is pointless.

This place is a complete JOKE. It should be called "worlds most INCONVENIENT bank". They never have more than one teller working inside at the front. I constantly have to wait for at least 10 minutes to be attended where other banks they have 3 or more tellers. some bankers make you feel welcomed, others such as the female manger has a terrible look on her face where she hates her job. The convenience is distance from my home to the bank. I wouldn't think twice on switching over to another bank if it what right next to this one. Don't bank here if there is another bank closer to where you live. You will waste a lot of time

Extremely unprofessional, can't follow through on simple instructions like changing my billing address. I now have to go to a branch in person with id because TD's phone support is god awful. Avoid this bank if you like convenience.

Mary and the other lady in the drive through are very unsuitable and terribly slow. There is constant mistakes and the wait in line is not worth using this bank

Stopped here today to cash a check that someone who has an account with this bank gave me. The lady at the counter told me it will cost me $7 fee because I don't have an account here. What a ripoff. It's NOT THEIR MONEY. Banks are getting more and more greedy!!!!!

When I came in there was one person at the counter waiting on a customer and I was next in line. I waited for 10 minutes before I left. No one greeted me or acknowledged me the entire time I was there. I will never go to this bank again.

Have a joint account here with my wife, very helpful staff, TD in general is a wonderful way to save and invest with their ameritrade partner.
