    One Of the worst banks with horrible customer service very rude and unprofessional when asked to speak to manager was told manager was not in. Never in my life felt so discriminated and looked down upon. My father whose been banking for many many years was treated like garbage mind you he walks with a cane and has pancreatic cancer. I will share this horrible experience with everyone I come to contact with. Do not go to Wells Fargo bank on west Chester pike!!! No class & unprofessional Truly lack empathy for elders!

    Wow. My 87yo father and I did not have an appointment, but I have never had a problem speaking with a banker at other WF locations. We were told to 'see a teller'. I said the situation requires a banker, and were effectively dismissed. Called Glen Mills WF, were seen immediately.

    Very rude and unhelpful counter staff. I was told I needed to "see a banker" then given a card to scan to make an appointment! So I go through the rig-a-maroll of the app to find no appts until 430p (this is at 9a!).... there were bankers there with NO CUSTOMERS!!! I'll be using the WF on rt 100 from now on... they are MUCH more friendly & helpful!!

    If you have any trouble or need any help or assistance ask for nick. He is one of the sweetest most understanding person I have ever met when going to a bank. I had a few issues when working with a bank teller and as I was leaving I saw nick and asked if there was any possible way he could help me he immediately stopped what he was doing and walked over and politely asked the woman to do the deposit For we have been customers there for many many years. He saved me a lot of headache and unwanted fees that would have happened if he had not helped me If I could give a million star review for nick i would. He always does a phenomenal job, and is an asset to this company. Thank you NICK!!!

    I came into this branch for the purpose of making an appointment with a financial advisor. Instead, I was stuck with John the banker who was very unfamiliar with the computer system. Instead of making an appointment for me, he continuously mentioned that he was a financial advisor for many years, at another bank.When he mentioned that, I couldn’t help but think to myself, he couldn’t have been very good at that job if he is now a banker. He was very unprofessional. Asking personal questions, would ask a question then laugh, when nothing was funny, and voicing his opinions on Covid and Wells Fargo masking requirements. His mask was below his nose. He never made the appointment for me. I will never return to this branch again. This was the only negative experience I’ve had with this branch. Other then that one banker, the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful.

    I'd suggest not bothering with ANY Wells Fargos, but this one especially. Had to close my account years ago, as every time I went in, I kept getting hassled on opening a savings account. No matter how many times I said I didn't want one, someone from the back would always come up and try to coax me into it. I finally gave in because they were always making me late getting back to work on my lunch break, causing me to get in trouble with my employer because they couldn't simply just deposit my check without hounding me about other things that I did not want. A bunch of wolves that have a hard time taking no for an answer. I'd recommend a smaller bank, like Fulton, or a credit union like Citadel.

    Great staff. always pleasant, professional and helpful. Rarely a long wait. Has become my "go to" branch for all banking services. Used to go to a branch closer to my house but happy to travel a little farther for great customer service.

    Today the teller rolled her eyes and moaned when I handed her my deposit. When I asked if there's a problem she said no then proceeded to say she wasn't happy about the deposit so close to closing. Yes it was 10 minutes before they closed but really change your hours or tell your boss you want to be out of work at 1:30 or don't work Saturdays. Don't make the customers feel as if they annoy you . Poor customer service from that one employee. My rating today is based on the one teller because she represents that business.

    Very poor manners up front! Whoever is the manager at this branch., needs to seriously take a look at who's covering up front service, no matter WHAT time it is during the business week, it is THEIR responsibility to greet the customer and do their job in a professional manner. The teller up front was rude and her body language Lazy, unhappy and overall just terrible looking.
