First Guaranty Bank Synergy Dr, Mckinney

Very amateur financial institution. This bank is right around the corner from my home, so went inside to inquire about a commercial loan for my business. The lender was unsure on some of the answers to my questions, so tried to impress me by calling over the Texas President. The Texas President made it known not even five minutes into our conversation that he was the son of the CEO. What a little snot nosed kid. Plus he was very rude and cut me off several times. I was not impressed. Stay away from this bank, very amateurish!

I love this bank! I've had an account with them for about 3 years when they were still Synergy. I originally got the account because they didn't charge ATM fees, now they do, but I keep the account because I absolutely LOVE the customer service! I have had several issues with the account (not the banks fault) that I needed their help with and I have NEVER left unhappy, they always take care of me. Will not be getting another bank Anytime soon. Just wanted to say Thank you and keep up the exceptional work!

The staff at the branch in Fort Worth are awesome. BUT I hate going to the website for information and have had issues using the mobile app which sucks when you are traveling.

Only use this Bank if you want to get Ripped off...They let there Employees steal Elderly peoples money !!
