Jim, took me "under his wing" and showed me that not only was I able to retire, but how easy it was going to be. Jim has been my financial planner going on 5 years now. He really listened to my concerns, how I needed things to be kept simple. He asked all the right questions, so that I was extremely comfortable. His expertise led me to the risk tolerance, that has proven over and over that it was the right call. He keeps everything current through yearly meetings, and anytime I have a question, he's readily available. Even though I now live out of state, He's still my go to person for finances.
