Ent Credit Union Otis St, Colorado Springs

I’ve had horrible experiences here in multiple occasions, but continue to come back because it’s the closest to us. The old, bitter, RUDE woman has zero customer service skills. We told her we would like to pay $155 to our auto loan, she then charged our card $360. She reversed that payment, but then charged $175. Again, reversed it, but charged $157.52.... makes no sense, but okay. If you’re that unhappy with your job, QUIT. If you don’t know what you’re doing, ASK FOR HELP. This is the FOURTH time that ENT has taken more than we agreed to pay. It’s ridiculous that a credit union is this unorganized and careless.

We gave a contractor a check for a deposit and then he ghosted us. Then Ent charged us $25 to stop payment on the check. And the stop payment only lasts 6 months so if the contractor tries to deposit it next year, he can get the cash. AND he can still deposit it electronically at any time even though it's cancelled. Got screwed by the contractor and then got screwed by the bank. Thanks Ent!

I have been a member since 2002 and do business at this location at least once or twice every week or two. I have always been met with prompt and courteous service and never any mistakes...save one, which was corrected immediately. Great staff!

I do business with Ent at this location on a regular basis and I have never been given anything but great service. I would suggest to the people who are having trouble with the staff at this location, to check their own attitudes.

Pretty sure they keep my ID and won't answer the phone.
