I’m not sure why Elite has some of the reviews that they do, but I can speak only for my experience. My experience was above and beyond exceptional, excellent and caring. I never experienced with another financial institution that which I experienced with Elite. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with their promptness, professionalism and their knowledge of the financial world. I highly recommend that you ignore the bad reviews and go and experience for yourself what this blessed business, Mr. Pharisee and his staff could do for you. Mr. Pharisee and staff my husband and I would like to say thank you for being a blessing to us ..

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. He contacted my office and spoke with my staffing in a very disrespectful and unacceptable manner. Whomever is over the staffing here should really re-consider. As he would not be working for me.

Super rude guy answering the phones there, man. Look we all have bad days but it's not an excuse to be unnecessarily mean. Look at your reviews and do better.

I not happy with their service, I’ve out of it due to health issues and the owner says “your health is not my concern just you paying me back issue.”

Do not do business with this company! David is extremely Rude confrontational and very unprofessional. The environment is so unfriendly They at first refused to give me a 10 day pay out balance after several calls and a couple of in person visits I was able to obtain it from pharise and was able to pay off my loan I will never do business with them again One star is too generous

My fiance was going to buy a truck from them, gave them a good sized down payment and everything. Brought the truck home, took it to a mechanic, found out there was a lot wrong with the truck and it was going to take a lot to fix. Never tagged it up, never touched the paperwork, nothing. Called up the guy at Elite, explained the situation and he said we could bring it back and they'd take care of the paperwork, etc. They were supposed to refund him at least half of his down payment as well. That was about a year ago. A few months ago we went and purchased another vehicle. Found out that Elite had placed the truck against my fiance's credit, and never taken it off even though they promised to do so. Thankfully we purchased the second vehicle outright, but the truck lien is still on my fiance's credit and Elite had the truck on their lot for sale less than a week after we took it back. Apparently what happens is they get paid by a lending facility, and then when the customer brings the vehicle back, they act like the customer defaulted on the loan, even though they told the customer to bring it back. So now the customer does not have the vehicle, never put it in their name or anything, the selling company gets paid and then resells the vehicle, getting paid twice for the same vehicle, while the customer gets stuck having a defaulted vehicle lien on their credit score. I would have thought this would be illegal, but I guess if you can't prove it and they don't get caught, it continues to happen. Anyways, so they are very shady, very crooked, and very dishonest. If you are lucky enough to have good dealings with them, I'm glad for you. People like my fiance though, have not been as fortunate and have been royally screwed by them and are still paying the price for being naive enough to think they were actually an honest business. It would be nice if they at least followed through and filed the necessary paperwork to remove the truck lien from his credit.

Went to pay my bill in person because they are stuck in the 80s. Could barely hear the snarky remarks from the owner behind their new cheesy dimestore covid guard. They are crooks. And not nice. At least you can be halfway decent when you are railing your customers. When my car was paid off it took 2 1/2 weeks for them to take the tracker off. The only thing "Elite" about their business is the level of piracy they have perfected.

Wow I was hoping not to return after writing the review of my repow which by the way I never received my belongings and when I pull up the vin, there's taxes still owe in my name?. Anyway how are you able to get by with doing what you are doing? I'm going to look into the situation with the car collateral repo in my situation. Even though I no longer need the vehicle its just the principal and for some reason my I just so happened can across the tax information and its still register that I owe. Something never added up with that repo especially when I work in auto finance department. I've never heard of anyone waiting two years to repo a vehicle especially when it was in plain sight. After so many days it should of be placed in collections. Its the principal of the story and I know that right people who can assist me with what wasn't handled legally. Thanks to my bestie a former CO she the one who told me to pull up my vin on that taxes

I did a favor for a family member back in April of 2016. Used my vehicle for collateral. I don't know how many payments were paid because the loan for 800.00 well me I'm assuming that everything was taken care of but obviously not. Anyway the issue isn't with the family member my issue is with this company. Why wait until July of 2018 to contact me about the vehicle. I not concerned about your company sending a towing company to get the vehicle my I just don't understand what professional company wait so long to pick up the car and prior to that not send me any type of mail letting me know that I a payment was due its been 3 days and I'm getting the run around about retrieving my belongings. Its a good thing my mother n aunt has a lot of big time connections because I have a P.I. that's good friends with a well know developers in Greenville that'll do anything for my auntie they are going to look into the situation. Its not about the car because its nothing fancy or brand new but as a professional business none of this make sense to me and I really need my belongings sooner than later. My P.I. is doing really great job with investing this company for me. He doesn't understand why after so many days why wasn't the account in collections. Not only but why is there a debt when the car hasn't been sold also not to mention that I have a 3,000 pair of rims and tire thats still on my vehicle that was repoed that wasn't there during the time of the 800.00 dollar loan I have a receipt for them as well not to mention phone records from the contact information that I had listed on the application showing when and how many times they tried to contact my niece and I so the say. The P. I said something about this company just doesn't sit well with him. Other info that I was given which I'm not allowed to speak on but I'm thankful for the help of the P.I. with no charge to me. Its good to have great people in your corner when needed.

I don’t have any loans with this company but I am a former tenant of the owner. While I was a resident in one of his properties, he put the house up for sale without me knowing until the day he decided to send people out to do repairs to the house that needed to be done the whole 4 years that I was there. Told me that I could continue to live there while he had strangers running in and out of the house 2 to 3 times a week. I decided to move because it was just too much for me to deal with as far as strangers coming in to view the home while I was still residing there. And he had the realtor come in and take pictures of the house with my furniture and all in the house. I gave him a 30 day notice in writing, cleaned the home and moved out on good standards, just for him to ignore me since July of this year 2019 about my deposit refund.i made several attempts to speak to him and left messages with his receptionists at Elite Financial with no replies back until I text his personal phone number. I kept the property beautiful for the 4 years that I lived there and he came up with the lamest excuses to why he would not refund me my deposit. If he cheats a single mother of 4 out of 480.00 for a deposit, I definitely wouldn’t want to deal with any other financial dealings with him or his company. I see a lot more bad reviews than good, People Beware, take heed and pay attention to reviews.
