Eastchester Check Cashing W 231st St, Bronx

If it were possible to rate no stars that would be more accurate. The cashiers are disrespectful,unprofessional and lack educational back ground. I have been coming here for years and not once have I seen the boss correct his workers. Can last up to 20-30 waiting in line and more time depending on the cashier you have. Went in recently and the cashier broke my check due to her anger for what ever reason that may be,was rude to her co-worker because she couldn’t understand how to do anything to the point where she had to stop taking her customer and attend hers. Meanwhile she went to the back to have a breakdown. Once the other cashier was done she called her back to give me my money and she ignored me when I asked for 20s. I proceeded to ask the other employees and they said they were busy. So I’m reality I did not get listened to, did not feel respected and the boss was there to see it all.

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I’d rather walk and deliver the Money myself. Example: One week i sent money to a friend, The next week, I can’t send it to him because i have to physically bring him there to show that i know him. 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Slow. Extremely slow. If you are waiting on line at this place, you better make sure you have some music playing on your phone otherwise, you're going to go insane.

The girl there by mayline something like that is the worst person to deal with she’s rude and unprofessional she never knows an answer to anything there every time you ask her something is I don’t know so why work there if you don’t know anything

They're NOT 24/7 Their hrs 8:30-5:30

Yes please just disrespectful it's not a professional at all I don't know how to deal with a customer
