Bank Of America Broadway, Bronx

I have been here multiple times. But never got quick service. The line moves very slowly. Only one or sometimes two employee can be seen in counter/teller whereas the line goes outside the branch. If you visit this branch you need to make up your mind of waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. Would not recommend anyone parking their car nearby and visit this branch for service. Really disappointing experience every time.

Arrived at 2:45 with my autistic daughter never was told how long the wait was. Then at 3:30 I was told to wait another 15 minutes because normally they only accept appointments only to wait another 15 minutes (keep in mind the branch closes at 4pm) and I was fed up my daughter got antsy and I left. Do not go to this branch for help it’s a waste of time!

Horrible place. Always one person working and they take they’re sweet time every time I come. Honestly they might as well close this location down because everyone’s getting paid to do literally nothing. There’s always at least 7 people waiting over 30 minutes every time I come here. I’ve literally have had to cancel and reschedule appointments I’m headed to from waiting here. I’ve been waiting now for 30 minutes and only two people have been seen in front of me.

Bank is pretty clean and spacious. Customer service is wonderful. Also convenient and close to transportation such as the train and buses. It’s also close to Restaurants such as Chipotle.

The worst branch I've been to. They always close before their posted hours.

If i can give it zero stars I would. I think BOA has lowered their standards or just gave up. If it wasn’t because Ive been a customer for over 15 year i would switch banks. This branch is extremely disorganized and very little empathy for their customers. Im not sure if it because we are in a neighborhood of color and diversity or what. Atms not working and one teller attending to a line full of social distancing customers. These employees feel to me a bit entitled. Been here to withdraw my money for over 30 min. Horrible.

Always long line, waiting more than half hour

I do not have Bank of America & never will! I asked to withdrawal money using my bank card at the teller because I needed change. I was told they cannot withdrawal money if it is not a Bank of America card. I said okay, I'll take it out the ATM and then ask for change ( keep in mind I was willing to pay for fee) . But, I was still told no, they are not allowed to make change . Ridiculous, I would recommend to NO ONE.

I like this location because it is on my way to the train. But people on the counters are very slow. I think this is killing the advantage of the location but Maria is a great mowen she deserved to be respected.

Don’t bother unless you need atm. They are understaffed, slow and unprofessional. On a Wednesday at 10:30a they have no working tellers and one banker visible but busy with a customer.
