    Banking Experience Called Chase Riverdale at 3775 Riverdale Ave multiple times during the weekday but nobody picked up. Scheduled an appointment online and was confirmed for it then the person I was supposed to meet up with called and said she wasn't going to be at the branch. Then physically went to the bank and waited 30 minutes and felt invisible. Nobody came. Then finally went to the teller and was told to wait. Waited another 10 min then walked around and saw a girl at one of the cubicles scrolling through her phone. I mean is this banking at its finest? Completely unprofessional and awful customer service.

    Gustavo Caceres is one of the best private client banker I have ever met. I was glad that I walked in and had the pleasure to meet this gentleman and do business with him. We walked in to open an account because we were unhappy with our previous bank. He immediately seated us and began to inform us of all our options. Gustavo made sure he also asked us important questions to figure out what would worked for us. I liked that Gustavo was not only professional and informative but he was also sincere. He treated us the way he would treat a good friend. In addition he made sure we had the appropriate securities for our account. Gustavo treated it like it was his own account and I liked that very much. It made me trust him just that much more. I think he's a great asset to the company.

    Waiting to be attended by only teller while she talks about the Lotto to no end. Asked to talk to "somebody" but nobody is available. Desk that says "Private Client" is empty. I am a Private Client but nobody will talk to me. This scenario took place today, but it happened twice before.

    I love chase as a bank. This branch is ALWAYS understaffed. The last 4 times I came here I was unable to get someone to help me. Currently waiting over an hour, 3 people in front of me, and only one banker helping people. Several bankers walking around and staring at us blankly. One would think 4pm on a Friday they would hire enough staff. When I asked the tellers if they would mind calling a different branch to check the wait time, they gave me an attitude and told me to sit on hold with the customer service number from the back of my card. It really makes me want to close my account.

    They have parking and drive thru services. There's usually a line for the teller but not too bad because they have 3 ATMs in the lobby which are always working (unlike the Chase on Broadway that always has a broken ATM or two). Nice big, clean and safe with pleasant, helpful staff.

    I went to this branch in October 2018 to open up a business checking account, the business banking relationship banker, Angel Del Castillo that opened up my account made numerous mistakes in opening my account that delayed the process for 3 weeks, it was evident he was inexperienced, not properly trained and should not have been allowed to service customers until he was properly trained. His consistent mistakes cost me 3 weeks of time lost in having my account opened. I filed two complaints about this branch and the branch manager Delroy A. Ximines never contacted me to follow-up . Yesenia, a relationship banker in another department passed herself off as Angel Del Castillo Manager to try to cover up all his mistakes, and was concerned that I filed two complaints. The second and final complaint that I filed she told me that I should go and take my business to Capital One bank if I was not happy with Chase bank. Once again the branch manager as of to date has never contacted me to follow up on the complaints I filed about the disastrous service I received from his branch. On October 20, 2018 I went back to the branch to give them one more chance to correct all the errors, and I was serviced by Ramon Liberato, to update the signature cards for my wife and I to sign, and he also made a mistake with this process that delayed the opening of my account. I ended up going to the Chase branch in Cross County and was serviced by Lesique Woodley the branch manager for Cross County, he corrected all the errors that was made by the 3775 Riverdale Branch. He told me that the relationship banker Angel Del Castillo should have used a checklist with a timeline of what is needed to open up a business checking account, instead of having go to back and forth 2-3 times. Lesique Woodley, the Branch Manager , Chase Cross County epitomizes true customer service that the 3775 Riverdale Avenue branch lacks. I will never do business at this branch ever again.
