This was my 2nd dealing with this business. Both were 5 star experiences, whether over the phone or in the office. Sometimes parking is a bit of an issue but these people are the best regardless. They kept me informed of my progress, explained the what's & why's. Their waiting area is attractive & comfortable. Even their landscaping is pleasing to the eye. Did I mention they put my car to rights in a timely manner? ... Front to back, these people know what they're doing.

The owners have been amazing and the quality of work on my vehicle has been amazing! Couldn’t ask for a better experience both times I’ve brought my car into the shop. Will definitely continue to bring my car and support this local Reno business.

Had our car for two and a half months because of the Damage Done did a fabulous job doing a new alignment replacing parts painting have no hesitation of referring them to anyone Mike and Stephanie are the bomb take their time and explain everything that they're doing and what's going to be done

contacted the company about an estimate to repair ADDITIONAL damage to my vehicle that was caused by the negligence of a different shop not a previously repaired piece. Was told that their insurance would not cover them giving me an estimate. What a shame as they come highly recommended by many of my colleagues. What a let down. quick update. Have contacted every other shop in town and this is the only one that refuses to provide an estimate. Guess my money isn't green enough for them.

Great paint jobs from great staff. All of the staff members are professional, kind and thoughtful. It seems the owner went out of their way to make the unfortunate events that bring us here into positive memorable experiences.

My car was repaired at this shop after the repair I noticed the tail light seemed a little insecure and there was still a big scuff mark on tha rear qtr panel that needed to b buffed out. The staff was friendly and informative but I would've like to see a better quality job dun especially on such a higher class car such as my Cadillac cts V

Though my repair's timeline was delayed (understandable as additional damage was uncovered when unassembled) they were able to provide a loaner vehicle for the length of the repair at no additional cost. Appreciate the communication/updates throughout the process.
