Don't believe a word they say. I had an insurance payment payout for a totaled bike. Eaglemark told me a check was in the mail. 20 days later I call them up and they still have not sent the check. And the customer service people are trying to say that I'm lying to them. I bought three Harley Davidsons and I've had huge issues with this financing company every time. It's no wonder this company is going out of business... It's not the quality of their bikes, it's the quality of their customer service. I'm a Harley guy, but Indians are starting to sound real nice right now.

Do not use Harley financial!! If you already have a loan with them, immediately pay it off or transfer to another bank. But be ready for a headache either way. I've called countless times trying to get my title changed from Texas to Indiana. No one has information (including just an address to send the request form) and they do not look hard to find it. I got so frustrated calling in week after week that I eventually paid off the loan to force them to send my title and I could take it in myself. Its been three months since I paid off my loan and I still am no closer to actually holding my title. After multiple calls in a single day and finally speaking to a supervisor, I have been assured it has been released and I'll get it in 7-10 days. The same supervisor who tried to blame me for paying off my loan during a state title change claiming, "that's what really slowed everything down..." They literally have no idea how to be a financial institution other than taking money from your banking account. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

A Harley-Davidson employee allowed someone to sign as me to purchase a 2013 Harley. I filed two fraud claims, which included proof I was nowhere near the location, and they said there was no evidence of fraud. I am years in and unable to speak with someone who to add context to my fraud claim. Nope. My identification matches the identification on the account, so they determined it's not fraud. Maybe Eaglemark thinks I could be in Kuwait City, Kuwait and South Georgia at the same time, but I think most reputable financial instutions would find that improbable.

Paid off my Harley using the online account page. Gave it a couple weeks and tried calling to get info on when I cam expect the title and have been going through every single option to get to someone and I get hung up on every time. I follow the prompts, enter my info, it rings once and hangs up, every single time. I wish I would've read reviews for this bank before making my purchase. Rest assured my next bike will absolutely NOT be financed by this bank, I would rather pay more somewhere else that actually has some level of customer service. If you're thinking of buying a bike DO NOT USE Eaglemark Bank!!!!

I have now called in to this bank 6 times to get my lien release sent to me and my local DMV so I can obtain a title to my paid off motorcycle. I’ve been told ALL 6 TIMES that it will be sent or faxed within 48 hours of my call and have never gotten the documents from them. I don’t know what else to do besides book a flight to their offices and pick it up in person. I’m so frustrated with their customer service. Only once has the person taken their time and been accommodating to me (although the issue still is not resolved so I don’t know)

I'm sorry about you guys/gals with the title delays, that seriously sucks. I've financed and paid off two bikes and received my title within a month each time, reasonable IMO. Website is a little slow to update but always got it right within a couple days. Simple interest loans, easy to figure out. As far as you folks with bad credit bellyaching about interest rates, why the hell are you buying a Harley instead of paying off your bad marks and getting your credit right? I don't want to hear the "needed transportation" BS because you can buy a dependable used car for less than a Harley and you can drive a car when it snows. They loan me money at very reasonable rates. No complaints here.

The only positive is i got the financing for my new bike. They care nothing about customer or brand loyalty. Just spent the last 4+ years diligently making payments just to find out that without another cosigner my interest rate almost doubled when I traded my bike that was almost paid off for a bigger bike. Hopefully in six months i'll be able to refinance with a local bank and get away from them.

After paying off a bike over a year ago, a request for a lien release has been nothing but a hassle. I AM third party AUTHORIZED on the account since I paid the bike off for the previous owner, yet they still want me to track down the previous owner just to get this paper. Apparently, after reading the reviews, I am not the only one who thinks Eaglemark Savings Bank is NOT about customer service.

Poor customer service. I called at 8:30 am June 16th and the recording said, "Due to COVID19 they had higher call volume than normal. What does COVID19 have to due with answering the phone. If you buy a Harley find someone one else to finance your bike through. POOR SERVICE for the last three years.
