David made the refi process so easy, so stress free with his knowledge, detailed approach, and ability to overcome all the little bumps in the road that come with working these types of events. David Baker did not have good customer communication. He was not interested in offering a refinance quote, even after I informed him that I’m a current customer of SWBC. He was quick to get off the phone and In fact, at one point, he told me “don’t waste my time.” I was so disappointed with such awful service.

David was amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers and had no clue about anything really. Any and all questions were answered same day of asking. He had us so ahead of the game we were set and ready to close like three weeks out. He was always available. I would recommend every single person I know to him!

Not going to get into to much details , but thus guy wasn’t interested in helping me at all. Kept giving me excuses , so I switched to another lender and real estate agent , less than a month later already closed on our home . Would not recommend him or the real estate agent he works with to anyone . That’s all .
