I am a 1st time home buyer, and didn't have any other experiences to compare anything to, so I was completely oblivious as to how GREAT of service I was being provided in the beginning. I was hush, hush when I 1st started looking into purchasing a home, and then I signed a contract on a home that checked all my boxes off. It was a new home, and the Builder had a crazy 21 day closing clause that would charge me 500.00 the 1st day I went past 21 days, and 250.00 everyday after that. Now I had no idea what that meant, as 21 days seemed like a lot of time to me. I had no idea how many things needed to happen to get to the close of a house, boy did I learn 21 days was not a lot of time for all the things that needed to happen really quick! Chris and his team were all over it though, and never had a doubt they could make it happen. Chris was running numbers with me on the phone past 9pm some days the 1st 2 days, then when he turned it over to his staff for all the paperwork they were all over it as well. They were so informative of everything, and asking for documents that they felt underwriting may have questions on so that it wouldn't get held up. Anna and I spoke many times over the 1st 2 weeks, and then I started sharing my news with people. They had thier own stories and it was NOTHING like mine!! They were warning me about how your payments were going to go up on a new build because of taxes, and how I needed to make sure I paid extra into my escrow to prepare for it. That my homeowners insurance was gonna be 2,500 to 3,000.00. About how they learned everything the hard way. Chris figured the correct taxes all the while, and Anna let me know that in my closing it would be less taxes than my mortgage because it will be lived in by me, and the year I was paying in closing was not lived in. They hooked me up with a great home insurance company that quoted me 880.00 a year. I even switched my auto insurance with them and saved another 1,200.00+ a year on that too! I mean it's been all a win for me. I would reccomend Chris and his team to everyone I know, and in fact already have. They really know thier stuff, go the extra mile for you, they do everything and you get to just sit back and enjoy the experience of buying a home. No stress at all for me! Sorry this was so long, but it was such a great experience I had so much to say!

As a first time home owner we had millions of questions and Chris answered them one by one even sometimes we ask repeatedly or even it was stupid or even it was sunday evening.
