    Online banking could use an upgrade but overall I’m very satisfied with Connex and their services and reps. Problem today is people are very impatient among this microwave society and want everything done instantly and perfectly and if not satisfied they complain instantly as well. People like that never take the time to compliment only to complain. Sad. No process or banking institution is perfect, they all have their flaws, but if your kind to them and have patience you will be treated the same in return. While not perfect I don’t feel they deserve the low rating reflected here and I appreciate their services.

    This branch is full of incompetent people. I had to go there twice to get a new card, both times I had an appointment and no one had the decency to call and prior to and advise me not to come in since the system was "down". I was there for 2 hours waiting on a card , the customer service is non existent. To shut me up, they gave me a card that is not for the type of account I have. While there someone else walked in with the same issue and complained the new card did not work. Brink was also there to pick up money and had to leave because no one knew what he was picking up, even though he was called in. I escalated this to regional management, and was advised my new card wouldn't work. I now have to wait 3 days for a new card, after 2 days wasted in a branch.

    I was signed up with Connex as part of a car purchase. The phone support was great but I had to use it for every transaction. Their online platform is very outdated and does not communicate with the branch systems (or so they told me). Too much time and effort on my end in my opinion. Not going to use them in the future. Good thing they have decent phone support.

    Both their app and website make it impossible to pay my car loan. It used to work, but now for some inexplicable reason, it doesn't. Can't wait to be done with them.

    I attempted to pay off my car loan. Cannot do so over the phone without a 250$ fee. I also cannot do it online. Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the nearest location to pay it off. Seems a bit excessive for someone trying to pay off a loan..

    I'm in the process of switching to another bank and closing out all my Connex accounts, and I can't get away from them fast enough. I keep getting locked out of my online account and Call 24 accounts, and I don't know why. Maybe from lack of use? Now that the app isn't working on my phone, my last option is to drive to the nearest branch, which is not convenient at all from where I live or work. This bank will never have my business again, even if I move back to an area where there is a branch near by.

    They say unbank with us. More like bank like it's 1990 with us. Can't pay my car payment online. There hours match normal working hours. If I phone in a payment there's a fee. Um no. If I use my debit card or check they charch me. It's like dealing with the mob. Cash only. Connex get with the times. Free bill pay. Free online payments and free over the phone payments . There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to to pay my car online .

    Terrible customer service. I return their call only to leave a message because no representative is available. When they do call back I'm usually back to work. And miss the call. My car loan is a constant problem. It's due the 25th of the month. We usually send it out around the 15th-20th. Seems reasonable considering they are within the state yet I'm always late. I can't get anyone to tell me how payments are processed and why it takes so long to clear. I suspect it has something to do with the check going to a P.O. box rather than a branch directly. My umderstanding of P.O.boxes is that you have to retrieve the mail personally from the post office. Who does that job? There is actually a person who's job it is to go to the bank and pi k up the posts? How often do they pick Up? What time of day? What happens to the payments then? No pne in that office can give me an answer,must be a secret. I just get the run around a lot with thos bank. It's because of the reluctance to be transparent that I get a creepy feeling when dealing with this bank. I belong to a credit union in my hometown and they're great. The contrast between them is striking.

    Good bank with fair offerings. I am happy with my checking account amd mortgage services. My prior home equity loan from Connex saved me lots of money when a differnt bank sold bought my mortgage and the new bank tried to force me to insure my property for way more that it was worth.
