Tyler went above and beyond to help me get documentation I needed! He worked quickly to get me what I needed the same day I called. He was friendly, professional, and understanding of my situation. Really fantastic experience working with him.

I have been a customer of Commerce Bank for over 20-years and have watched this bank slowly decline, especially the customer service as of the last few years. I recently found out they outsource their online payments to a 3rd party, who sometimes does make electronic payments to the payers you setup on their online payment page, however, they also send paper checks to payers which increases the time it takes for receiving the payment. I just received a mailed notification that my car loan payment hadn't been received 19 days after it was debited from my checking account! After several calls to the place that holds my car loan and commerce bank (after being transferred around depts and waiting on the phone for 45-min to speak to someone) all I was able to find out was that the check the 3rd payment party (that commerce bank contracts with) sent out a physical check for my car loan payment late. I will likely be charged a late fee for my late payment, and it could also affect my credit score. It's finally time for me to leave Commerce Bank and find a bank that has been able to stay current with the times and truly values its customers.

Ignacio Ortega was a huge help today. He provided such great customer service, was very friendly and efficient. We got in and out within 15 minutes of our request.

Employee here was absolute trash. Came all the way here from across the state because it was the only branch relatively close. Got there at 6:00 which is also closing time. Another customer was pulling up as I was and he was helped so I assumed I would be too but no. They helped the other customer and proceeded to tell me they were closed after I tried to explain how long of a drive it was. I will not tolerate this kind of disrespect from a company that gets my business often. Luckily for commerce you won’t have to keep track of my money as I will be pulling my funds and sending them elsewhere. Thanks for nothig.

In the name of the Authority, do not use this bank. I came in with my I'd and lock box keys and they did not give my belongings. They will make bad decisions with your money because they can't keep up with the big boys on the block. Stay away from them the only reason they got one start is because they won't let you post a review unless you press at least one star. Shady at best! In the name of the Authority, this post will stay without response eternally! In the name of the Father and Son who bled for you to exist and the Holy Ghost! Amen

Not many locations in the metro area. I went to deposit checks at 11:40 am. Two of eight windows were open, and the tellers were sooooo slow. And not at all friendly. Smile Kimberly!!

All the staff is great at customer service I was doing banking there for all most 7 years Ignacio helped me lot
