Columbia Bank Se 82nd Ave, Happy Valley

I moved my business account to Columbia Bank from a bigger chain. This move happened because the bigger chain clearly didn't care about small local businesses. I'm greatful they pushed me away. With out that push i wouldn't have reached out to Columbia. Moving to Columbia has been a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate being remembered and recognized each time I step into the branch. This is a bank I continue to recommend to others. They care!

I personally and professionally have Banked with Columbia Bank for the last 25 years and visit the 82nd Ave Happy Valley Branch often and have never had issues. Mary, Jamie and Austin are fabulous to work with. Thank You!

Great place to go if you like waiting 30 minutes to deposit a check at 2pm on a monday afternoon, they had one lady bless her soul working the counter while the two managers did nothing about the line except watch it grow. UPDATE EDIT: its the next day now and my check i deposited yesterday has not been added to my account and i have been on the phone with them getting the run around when i have a deposit slip in my hands, will never use this branch again.

Well if you're looking for a banker who will speak to you like you're a child, all while pretending to know more than one herself, then by all means initiate a relationship with these buffoons. Victoria and Lynette (well trained monkeys posing as tellers) seem to relish utilization of condescending remarks; all while clearly knowing very little about their own abilities or lack thereof for that matter. Your money certainly isn't protected from fraud with this bank, and in fact they'll even argue with you about the definition of the word. Bottom line Columbia Bank employees protect merchants, not consumers, so if you make an online purchase thinking you're buying say a diamond ring and a screw driver shows up in the mail instead; well then according to them that's simply a "dispute" which doesn't qualify as fraud, and the end result is you shall be told to pound sand and own it. Simply a sad reflection on the banking industry as a whole. I'd take your business elsewhere as I will assuredly be doing. Freakin Donkeys.

Their ACH transfer policies can leave you in a hard place, just because some manager's whims. This is just another typical bank with lots of fees/hoops. We're switching to a local credit union at this point.

Everything I go there this lady always short my money I don't think she doesn't eve know how to use a simple calculator

The only bank I've used and didn't end up hating. 5 stars!

If you're looking for a depressing bank with rude employees, this is the bank for you.
