    Racial profiling and extra eyes on people of color does not look good Unitus. Your policies were blatantly race-fueled as I witnessed today while there. You told a man of color to remove his sunglasses and then proceeded watch him the entire time while he worked with the teller (on a simple normal task). Didn't stop me from wearing my hood in the location, but I'm white so it's okay with you, right? I think this is an opportunity to re-evaluate your policies and training procedures. Especially for the woman running the tellers area.

While we do need to enforce the removal of sunglasses, hats and hoods for security purposes, it would never be our intention to target individuals with this policy on a case-by-case basis.     Yes, it's Covid-19 season, but really...only one drive up window for all of PDX to deposit one check...waiting in line for one hour as the cars wrap around the block? You can do better, can't you? Yeah, I know...mobile app, but this is not my account, it's for my son who is living outside the USA.

Your situation is a unique one as the checks you deposit are not for your own account which can limit the deposit options you have for security purposes. If you'd like to avoid the drive-thru, you could always mail us the check and we'd be happy to process it in that format. Although it's not as immediate as it would be doing a face-to-face transaction, it would help to avoid any lines.     I love that it's a branch share with Maps credit union out of Salem and I can deposit my check from work and have it show up instantaneous plus .

    (2 Stars) Great employees, really bad IT support... almost non-existent. I'm trying to recover my password which requires my account number. I dont have my account number on me because I switched to the green e-billing statements (which require login to view). I called into the branch to recover my password or SOMETHING to help me. After answering 5 security questions correctly, they said I must come into one of the branches in order to get my account number... security questions are bogus/useless if you always have to have your account number. My information was fully verified but they still wouldn't help me recover it. Even the online form requires your account number... worst website ever... Revision They called me the next day and cleared this up! I appreciate the call!

    Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. There's always a line a mile long and only 1-2 tellers working. If you need to speak to a Banker you better make your presence known, because they will blatantly ignore you until you do. This place and it's employees is nothing short of a bad joke.

    I aired out my list of problems as to why I wasn't going to be using Unitus anymore and now it's been deleted. Wow, Unitus. Just wow. For a credit union that claims to: "takes member service very serious." and "for letting us know" about my grievances , they seem to be working very hard to keep a positive rating on google up. Good thing Yelp doesn't allow you to pay to get rid of ratings, huh Unitus?

    Hi Anj K. I'm not sure what happened to your original review. We welcome all review ratings (1-star to 5-stars) and feedback from our members. Google does not allow businesses to delete ratings, only the person leaving the review can edit or delete. The only exception for removal would be if the user leaving the review violated Google's Review and Photo Policies, then Google would take action. And yes, Yelp does a great job at removing fake reviews to ensure its community is seeing honest feedback and quality reviews.     AWESOME! My credit is up 54 points thanks to Jacque B at Unitus CC. I've been making good progress for a while now but Jacque gave me a few tips and have been helping me get it even higher so I can achieve my financial goals. Just checked it again and it's up 54 points. What I've learned is that it's not about the bank or credit union, it's about the great people who work there and if they actually care about you that makes the difference.
