    Had an absolutely horrific experience at the Clackamas, OR branch today. We were in the process of selling our vehicle that had a balance on the loan through OnPoint. We asked the gal at the front with the short red hair a few questions and were blown away by how incredibly rude she was. I'm fairly certain her job was "customer advocate" or something along those lines, which is ironic. She then directed us to the tellers, who were also cold and dismissive. We left and took care of the transaction at another bank as this bank was anything but helpful. I know this is likely just a branch issue, at least I hope. A little bit of kindness and compassion goes a long way. It appears the entire branch could use a course in customer service.

    I was SO happy with the service I received on Friday 09/25/20. First off the branch is beautiful and very clean (with hand sanitizer available when you walk in) and the customer service was just wonderful. I wish this branch was my neighborhood branch! I was helped by Hannah, and her service was top notch. This girl was answering all my questions before I even got the chance to voice them! She was a wealth of information on all types of accounts, which was really nice and more than a little impressive. As a new(ish) member, I really appreciated how helpful and knowledgeable she was - but even more I got the feeling that she really wanted to help make my day easier. I'm really happy I switched my banking over to OnPoint C.C Union. Thank you again for all your help, miss Hannah! :)

    After many years of unsatisfactory dealngs with banks, I opted to join a credit union. I have never been disappointed with OnPoint. Everyone ( literally) who works at any OnPoint CU is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable regarding the aspects of their job. I have been greeted with the same standard of respect whether I am dressed for a board meeting or just stopping by in my stained coveralls after work. I frequently forget my password, so I speak with a representative via telephone. These people never got exaperated with my dyslexic mind. I highly recommend (often) OnPoint to anyone who wants a great experience in banking.

    As a 30+ year member of OnPoint, I must have been spoiled. Today’s experience here WAS THE WORST. Member Services Rep (clear glasses) was patronizing, rude-had to find something wrong with us, our needed service, other OnPoint branches, and self absorbed (who cares if you drive a Mercedes)

    This bank was horrible when I had to close out my moms account upon her death. From what the estate attorney told me later it was borderline illegal. I did more than I needed too for them and they would not provide me with items required by law until I went and sat at the bank after a week of calling them and being ignored. My mom was in good standing with all of her accounts and loyal to them. The unprofessionalism was on their side. I had the “privilege” of working with a few branches while I settled her estate. This isn’t your typical personal service and care credit union. Try Clackamas credit union or River mark instead.

    Kaylee Ray was amazing!!! She sent up my account as well as my 4 children. She was very kind polite efficient and understanding of my rushed behavior as I was on my lunch break. What a great way to start my new relationship with OnPoint, very pleased with my decision.

    Terrible customer service - had a dispute over a check written from an OnPoint account to an OnPoint account and then reversed a week after processing - the rep basically sat back in his chair and mumbled about how they wouldn't do anything and that they 'weren't taking sides' despite having stolen money out of our account. We closed our personal and business account immediately, no attempt was made to keep us as a customer. Honestly it felt more like a morgue, it was clear that every person we interacted with hated their job. We went straight to Wells Fargo and the contrast was night and day, everyone shook our hands, greeted us with warm smiles, and took genuine interest. I had always been taught that credit unions care more but clearly now I know better.

    Was good but now i have been lied to several times wasted alot of time and money! You would think that after paying over 500 in fees that they would help u out! But the tellers are really nice! Update the problem i had was not with this branch! I give 5 stars because the Manager called my personal line and fixed everything amazing! Highly recommend this onpoint!

    I have been an onpoint customer for about 2 years now and am so impressed with this local bank. I was previously with BOFA for 20 years and am so glad I made the move. This is the down home old fashioned service you get at this onpoint branch. About 30 days ago I was having trouble with my mobile banking app on my samsung. My rep Carissa, tried to get my phone working to find out , it was a problem with the app. She told me they were working on it and she would give me a call in a couple weeks when it was fixed. I really never thought she would remember to call, she has so many members to care for. But she did leave me a message the app was fixed and it works awesome now. I was so impressed that she offered to call me in the first place, but then to follow through was a huge statement to her character and her caring for her members and her bank. Thank you Carissa, you have renewed by faith in someones word. You rock!
