Jane did an amazing job while helping with my first time buying a truck! She was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, and also got me a very low interest rate. I 100% recommend this bank! All of the employees here are always so kind and helpful.

I want to say a big thank you to Jane at the northside branch for making my car buying experience so easy and pleasurable. She was available for me anytime I called her with questions and she got me a great interest rate. I feel lucky that Jane took such good care of me!! I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a car financed, she is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Jane!!

When it came time for me to just inquire about getting a boat, Mrs Jane from the Northside location made it so easy and stress free. From getting me approved for my Boat loan, to working out the kinks as far as the title, registration, insurance, she definitely kept me updated about what I needed and made the process so smooth. I can’t thank her enough!! I’m walking outside now and I would’ve never thought this boat would be mines, but looking at it as I write this , I can honestly say it’s a dream come true!!

First of all I want to say thank you to all of the employees of this credit union that have worked with me thus far. I joined Coastline Federal Credit Union and the customer service has been impeccable. They have treated me like a VIP at every turn whether it has been on the phone inquiring about direct deposit, or having questions about a new account and features of that account. They gave me cards and numbers to make sure that if I have any questions or concerns even when the bank is not open to contact them shows me that they will go above and beyond for their customers. Due to this great customer service not only do they have a life member but I will also make sure that anybody I encounter knows about this little hidden gem on the Northside behind Sam's Club. Once again thank you for the great working relationship. This is a 5 star organization.

Terrible place to bank both branches are full of rude inconsiderate people who talk down to you and try to force you to give them money and will flat out steal it from you and make up reasons why and they try to force you to do online banking if you don't they will magically start charging a 2 dollar fee and say it's always been that way even though the fees just now start so they constantly change your account that you signed and agreed to that it would be a certain way and Cindy Burgess is the rudest women I have ever met long time member here closing account immediatly going to community first where they value their customers/members and don't magically start charging their members check cashing fees for their paychecks after cashing them for years with no fee and they don't magically start charging new fees for statements when you do not do their online banking like they try to force upon you etc as this place does the con list goes on and on total joke for a bank save your time go else where like a real bank this place is on a total downward spiral

I enjoy banking here. The people are always smiling and know me when I walk in.
