I moved from Hawaii about a year and 3 months ago. I got a job and started working right away. I've been living at the same place for a year. My work hours are so late and varied I never got a chance to get my license exchanged for a Nevada driver's license. I never really thought about it until I came to visit your establishment to start a new account to begin having my paychecks deposited every two weeks. I was informed that I was not legally a resident and that they could not verify any of my information therefore unable to open a new account with this establishment. You can imagine my disbelief. As disappointing as it may sound a lady standing in line told me quietly to go to America first they will take me immediately which I did and I'm glad they did.. America first not only opened my new account they greeted me with open arms and we're super friendly.. I'm very disappointed with this credit Union and I hope your policy will change. Because of our state charter, we can open membership with an out of state ID if you have lived in Nevada for less than 6 months along with proof of current address and a secondary ID. Unfortunately, if you have lived here more than 6 months then we would require a local ID. We hope this was helpful.

Auto and personal loan rates are reasonable, which is why I use CCCU. I added an external account to transfer my 2 years of dividends and their online system said to call, when I did they initially had no idea why I was calling. Then they claimed to need to verify the transaction, requiring a 'verbal' password that I had no idea what it was. They said they would send me info on how to change it, which I never received (electronically?). Because of this I wasn't able to execute the transfer with no solution in sight/offered. They seem to be fine at doing loans, which if they were slow and making mistakes would hurt their bottom line. Savings/checking seems to be slow, inefficient and ineffective, which hurts my bottom line. I wouldn't use them for those services based on my limited experience.

All of the employees are extremely rude and unhelpful, I was hung up on, A victim of an imposter that called from a CCCU number and was told and being treating as if I am being untruthful by many of the employees including Debbie the fraud manager, though I have the proof and have sent it the proof, yet I am still being treated poorly and yet to have any help. I will be going online to write a review as well especially after the fact that I was told I would not receive a credit and or will have that credit taken away from the funds that were stolen from my account. The worst customer service I have ever gotten. Do not bank here, they will not be on the members side and will let you get scammed out of money.

The worst bank in Las Vegas! All of there employees are extremely rude and of no help. They also are always closed the day before a holiday. Leaving all the members to find other ways to do there banking.

The Tenaya Branch of CCCU always has OUTSTANDING customer service. The waiting is minimal and tellers are very efficient. The best banking experience ever.

I tried to opened an account at this credit union and the account manager that I was working with from his home.was a little testie and unreasonable. So I came into the location on Tenaya and everyone was extremely nice especially the teller Dee she was so pleasant and knowledgeable, we talked about our children and many other things she never made me feel I was imposing on her time, never impatient or unkind like the gentleman I had been working with we will say his initial started with a T. Thank you Clark County for having the forethought to hire someone with the compassion that Dee shows to your customers.

Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Parking is easy, building is clean, restroom is clean. Waiting area is comfortable. It could be a bit more colorful but I am a person that like colors😊.

Having my car loan through this bank was the biggest mistake... I came to pay off the car loan to the branch teller told me title would be ready in 5-7business days for pick up. I called on the 7th day & than was told it would be take 5-7weeks. Also didn’t allow me to close the account until my cashiers check would clear(which was fine ) . when I was told via telephone title would take weeks I asked about closing my account she advised I could go into a branch. Days later I go into the branch & was told by Ruby that I couldn’t close the account. Ruby was unprofess making comments about the customers.

CCCU is a joke. Pat Johnson is the worst Mortgage Loan Officer out of the Tenaya branch. She should consider another line of work if she doesn't know how to answer or return phone calls and emails. When she does respond, it is unprofessional, one-worded responses to open ended questions. We give her information and she inputs them into our paperwork incorrectly. We tell her to correct it because we don't want to commit loan fraud and then we don't hear from her for days. It's actually days, sometimes a full week or more, in between any kind of correspondence with her. We've alerted her supervisor about the problems we've been having with her and nothing happens. We're about a month into the loan process and we still haven't had our questions answered or guidance with any of this as we are first-time home buyers. We should have used another bank for our home loan.

Pandemic showed CCCU's cold heart. No help, all profits. Rideshare drivers are not good enough to deserve car loans here. Why do I even bank here?
