Citizens Bank Municipal Plz, Clifton Park

I have had my personal banking with them for almost 20 years. They have recently been extremely helpful opening my business check with them. The office has been friendly and helpful with all my banking needs. Now that my son is college age we are going to them for a student loan also. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this bank!

No professionity, a rep called me to meet when I reserved an appountment and went to the branch they said he left for today and no one can do what I want.The another rep was there she annot reset my pin if I forgot mine what!!!!. Also if you open an account with them online they don't provide you voided check and some features what!!!! I had neve heard about that thinking of quiting but will ask about penalties first to make sure.I don't recommend this bank to a friend/some one else.

Citizens Bank is by far the worst bank I have ever used. The bank nickels and dimes you with fees, hold deposited checks for outrageous periods of time and is difficult in every way. The bank employees are nice enough, but in the end they cannot help because of the bank's unyielding policies. Go anywhere but Citizens for your banking needs.

Amy provided excellent customer service. She was patient, knowledgeable and resolved our issue very thoroughly taking all the time needed to make it right. She also has a great sense of humor! Thank you!

Citizens Bank was a consistently bad banking experience between a glitchy website, super low interest rates and bad customer service. If they were the only bank in the world I'd still refuse to deal with them.

I would stay as far away from this branch as physically possible!! This branch has no clue as to what their fees really are. From the staff to the manager they really have no idea what they are doing! Back to Bank Of America where they actually care about their clients and know what they're doing!! STAY AWAY!!!
