Citizens Bank Fifth Ave, Pittsburgh

Not sure why every time I try to use this locations drive-thru I am stuck waiting in line for over 30 mins with only 2-3 cars ahead of me. They open at 9am yet I’ve been sitting behind two vehicles now since 9:10am and it is now 9:39am. If I weren’t blocked in by other cars behind me I would’ve already left. This is absurd. If this were the first time I’d be much more forgiving but this is at least the 3rd time this happened at this location. If you don’t have the employees available maybe you should consider modified hours instead of forcing us to wait in line for 30+ minutes. Since I started writing this, there still has not been any type of movement or communication with the first car in line and we are going on 40 minutes now. I’ll never use this drive thru again. I’m the fool for thinking it’d be any different this time anyway.

Worst branch I ever been, unprofessional, they do mistake and argue with you instead of just fixing it, This location is waste of time.

I frequent several Citizens Bank branches but this location is by far the best. The staff here are over the top friendly. The few times I have been here when it was busy, managers ALWAYS step in to help. I have never had any issues at this branch.

Appt for wire transfer was 1:30, it's 1:50 and I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, other banks do online wire transfers. Time to switch bank
