Horrible bank. The employees are rude and incompetent. The phony, condescending attitudes only make it worse. Chase right down the block is superior in all aspects.

Please do not go to this Citi Branch. This is the Worst branch to go to. Most of the people that works there do not know what they are doing and feel like they don't care about the customers need.

I needed a notary quickly. I tried calling several times with the phone number on the website and could not get someone on the phone. I went to the bank and she said there was no notary because she wasn’t sent one. When I asked for advice, she basically had no other advice but to try another branch. I went over to Chase and although they didn’t have one either, the woman had many suggestions of where I could go on crossbay blvd. Thankfully crossbay chemist saved the day!

The staff has always been helpful there, whether it is with a transaction or a wuestion.

Unclear why they have a phone number listed as it does not work/can't get in contact with anyone there. Must be nice not to have to deal with the public via phone i guess.

Avoid this branch more specifically "personal banking specialist" Anita Dhani she is incompetent. I wanted to find out information about financial products and this "personal banking specialist" lack knowledge about finances. She was rude and displayed uninterested in speaking with me and could not refer me to a competent staff member or any numbers I could call. I am a Citibank customer for 15+ years and never received such poor service till I met Anita. If I could rate this site no stars I would because it doesn't deserve not even 1 star.

First off let me start by saying that I have been with Citibank in excess of 5 years. I did a wire transfer and specifically told the banker to send it in USD. Well apparently these bankers have an issue with listening and need to be trained better in this area. She ended up transferring the money in the foreign currency and the bank rejected it. So that was July 27, 2009. It is now August 22, 2009 and citibank has no idea where my transfer is. In addition to this review I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Let us just say that I have four accounts with this bank. All four will be closed this week including my business account. So long Citibank, I hope you dig yourself in such a hole that you can never come out of it.

Anita Dhami is helpful and pleasant. The tellers are all professional.

This place has been here linger then I can remember. I've never had any problems with any of the people there.

Been coming here since I was 18 I'm now 26 and never had one issue they always were able to help or give me the ppl who could help
