Bank of America Financial Center 84th St, Queens

My husband was able 2 get what he needed, done, but it took a minute. Had 2 go 2 this branch bc the one nearer 2 us is now closed on Saturdays, bummer, bc these banks r few n far between n our neighborhood. BOA's should b more n abundance, we do more banking n need more available branches, of all banks, 2 do it n. *(NEW INFO)We visited our Gateway branch again yesterday and now it is temporarily closed, (as per the posted sign) every day, that's worse than b4.

Worst customer service ever in the region. Unprofessional people got job in professional place. Idk how the heck BOA do their services like this.

A bank is a bank. I never go inside any bank that I use I use the ATM for everything. Depositing checks or cash. Same when I need cash. Why wait on a line like so many do?

This Bank is ridiculous! The lines are out the door! ONE teller while the manager walks around not helping them out. It’s a busy especially on the weekend, first of the month and “pay weeks”..... the tellers themselves are courteous. If you come here make sure you have plenty of time and you aren’t on a lunch break- you WILL be late!

If you value your time don't come here!! They are always short staffed. The transactions that they do here it takes them forever to do them.

Worst branch ever. Added my wife on account and specifically asked for picture card and my email to be used regardless of who uses it. They even took picture but never put on card. Asked them again, they didnt have picture in storage. Took picture again and charged me $5 for new card. Put her email on record when i asked for mine. Had to go 4 times to get it all sorted out. I wouod advise just using 24 hr ATM outside it and not deal with people there. Got to a different branch if need help.

The two ATM machines are always down and the card-reader to get into the entrance door to get to the ATM machines never works properly. If you drive, go to the Gateway Mall branch around a mile away that has 24-hour indoor/outdoor ATM machines and way better service.

I do have a appointment 11 o’clock but I’m waiting more than 40 minutes nobody take care me it’s really bad service I never see any bank like that 😡😡

UNORGANIZED . I’ve been an accountant holder for 14 years and never seen a desk clerk since I registered with BOA . I made an appointment and got there 10 minutes earlier. Did not sit until the assistant Manager noticed that I was standing about 5 minutes after and asked If I needed help. I said “ I have a1pm appointment”. Her response was “ ok np I’ll be right with you “. Thirty five minutes passed and she’s the only one still at a desk. I got up and went to the window and asked for the branch Manager. Teller said , he’s on lunch but the assistant manager is here. He asked if there’s anything he can help me with, I said “yes , I made a 1pm appointment and it’s now 1:35 pm it’s way past your max appointment time. He asked what am I here to do maybe I can help you. I told him and while telling him the assistant manager said to the teller from at her desk to the teller “ oh would you take care of that for me please” . He realized that what I needed could’ve been accessed right at his window. He printed my document and I was done within 5 minutes. BIG QUESTION IS .... WHY MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF THE PERSON THAT I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH IS NOT EVEN THERE ? OK YOU DECIDE TO TAKE THE PEOPLE FIRST WHO DIDNT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WHY NOT SAY SOMETHING TO ME ? ONE PERSON IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY AT A DESK ? MY APPOINTMENT CLEARLY STATED IN THREE WORDS WHAT I COULD'VE RECEIVED IN 3 MINUTES BUT INSTEAD TOOK AN HOUR.

I walked into this boa, on a saturday, dressed down in sweats. As I got to the teller I noticed the supervisor giving me funny looks and asking me questions like why I don't just have an account with BOA and why it took me two days to cash it. UHH because i have a job and i like to go home afterwards?! I didnt use a passive aggressive tone. I politely replied that I just wasn't interested in boa and that I was busy. I tried cashing a boa check with them today as a non customer and they said that I needed 30 days of history as a non member. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO HAVE 30 DAYS OF HISTORY DEPOSITING CHECKS IF I CAN'T CASH THE FIRST CHECK TO BEGIN WITH?! Mind you, I have never had a problem at any other branch during the last two weeks I had recently began working and cashing checks. I spoke to everyone at the bank and they all parroted the same crap. They refused to get anyone on the phone to verify or help with my VERY LEGITIMATE check. I took the subway to a check cashing place not too far and got my check verified and cashed in under 2 min. How is a check cashing place able to verify YOUR OWN CHECK?! I honestly feel profiled and discriminated against. NEVER going back to this branch AGAIN!
