Customer service is fairly rare now days, and so when exceptional service happens, it makes it all the more impressive. My daughter is living abroad and was having difficulty using her bank card. The issue was fairly urgent as she was about to get on a flight. Vanessa at the Kent City Branch worked through the issue which proved to be a little tricky at first. She was so polite, patient and reassuring. She also partnered with another staff member when she wasn't finding success. I very much appreciated the way in which Vanessa helped me today!!

Great community bank. They were the only bank that would start my construction loan when I first retired. Nick Lewis has gone above and beyond with any questions or concerns that have arisen during our construction process. We will be moving more business their way in the future.

Customer service is amazing! The employees are super friendly and they even when im out of state and no where near an actual branch they make my needs feel important and my time valuable.

This bank took $100 from me because I didn’t use my online banking and they started charging me a monthly fee.. they didn’t offer to return any of the fees and reopen the account or anything.. terrible customer service.. don’t go there

Tried to close my account now I'm paying over draft fees. I asked them how to clear it and they didnt give me a clear answer how to fight it.

15 plus minute wait to cash a check on Saturday morning. Not good.

I like having the atm separate from the drive thru lanes
