Chase Bank W Main St, Eagle Point

The Chase Bank out here in Eagle Point for the most part is a pretty good place to do business. Most of their employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and can help you get the transactions you need taken care of. The bank manager has recently changed, and we wish her the best getting everything organized for the holidays. Check them out!

i had some someone hack my account and chase didn't help at all!!! and then when i wanted help to prosicute the person that did it oh we can't help you with that is all i heard well they will never get my business again

I came in to ask for help and they wanted nothing to-do with it. They gave me a phone number to call. I'm sorry but you guys could of helped me. But the Manager wanted nothing to-do with it. Also when I asked to get my check cashed the girl wasn't in putting the info right so the manager like we'll dose she have the money in the bank lol yes I do . This really made me think I need to take my money and find a diff bank that will help and not be rude.

This branch is full of generous helpful individuals. willing to make sure you get the help & answers you need. Truly a blessing to have the help they provide. Appreciate all the hard word that's put into helping make things go smoothly

Hard to believe it, but I frankly make it a point to go to this branch because of the people there. They are all very friendly and helpful. I don't know how they remember folks, but you really feel like someone special when you walk in. Highly recommended.
