    I love Chase! Unlike USAA, they refund claim immediately and ask questions later! Erin, in the claims department with telephone banking, made sure not only my fraud was refunded, but negative charges that came with it too! Thank you Erin and Chase!😊

    A huge shoutout and thanks to Dene at the Iliff branch. This amazing, kind woman has helped us out so many times. Her patience, willingness to help, never showing any frustration and overall customer service is OUTSTANDING. She has so gone above & beyond to help my brother who has memory issues and treats him with respect, kindness & care. I can't thank Dene enough. Her personality and communication skills are excellent and I hope her mgmt. realizes how special she is. You just don't see this kind of customer service anymore. What a great Woman!!!!!     Every time I come to this location I want to deposit a large sum of money (cash) and I always get referred to the machine! it’s really frustrating because I don’t feel confident that the machine is catching the dollar bills correctly… it’s always the same girl who refers me she sits in the cubical to the left.(i think manager) Like they are annoyed to count cash ? I wish they would just be willing to count the money like every other time 🙄 I come here because it’s the closest branch to my house but I always end up having to count the money myself 3-4 times and putting at least six deposits because the machine is sensitive to a wrinkled dollar bill And randomly spits the cash back out! I then have to go back on the app add up the deposits to make sure it matches my original count ! So Convenient right ? I like having confidence in my teller/a business relationship, the privacy, The discreteness ..not laying all these stacks of cash all over the ATM machine because they won’t process and I have to flatten them against the machine , things just really changed. “Have a great day!” Girl bye !

    I have been working with Chase, and this branch in particular, for several decades. That fact alone indicates my level of satisfaction. Thus far I have never had a situation they could not remedy to my satisfaction. Depending upon the complexity of the situation sometimes it takes longer than I would like however it has always been a positive (for me) resolution. They don't quit until the job is done well. All the staff has been great! Always friendly, professional and courteous.

    I had to shut my business account out due to the pandemic. The account is currently still open and accumulated late fees. I've been calling the branch and left message with Denise. Still the manager has yet to call back. I've called a second time, now she is assisting a different customer. This is getting very frustrating. Not liking this branch at all currently. Still waiting for a call back Update-Their manager was diligent with trying to solve the problem I have boosted a star, will complete my rating when this is all finished. I will keep updating Last update: Marlene the Manager was attentive and got everything squared away with her different departments. This was a time lapse of 2 hours. I think a five star is earned just for her. Maybe Chase could do better on hiring technicians. This could have all been avoided if they did so.

    I went to this location so that I can make my car payment because Chase Bank is my finance company. And the teller asked me for my ID to make a payment on my car. Now why is it that we have to show an ID to make a payment but not to vote here in America?

    Yesterday i went to deposit some money on my lunch break when there was a woman who was being very difficult. she was yelling at the employees and being irrational. she at one point yelled at me! she was recording on her phone trying to get a reaction out of being and clearly just looking to cause trouble or start a fight. the branch manager handled this better than i could of expected. better than i would of, thats for sure! she was polite and respectful why the woman continued to yell at her and insult her for NO reason. this Chase has my respect with the customer care she provided before, during and after this woman threw her fit. great job and keep rising above the pettiness of people trying to play the victim.

    Robert is very helpful with your account needs and really knows his profession and services they offer, other than that all other employees seem to be too full of themselves and act like robots just very arrogant ' because they are 'bankers'. I guess thats just the attitude that comes with their job title or is acquired in training, they seem to carry a ego that is really not nothing special in this world and I would say their service is below the chase/company standards. Don't go to this place unless you can get an appointment ahead of time with Robert since he is the only one that can help you or will at least try to help you other than that everyone else in here is lost and I mean LOST.

    Waited in drive thru 30 minutes, watched 5 other vehicles get helped, when I finally got to window was told I would have to wait for the customers to be helped 1st that just pulled up. Seems a better system needs to be in place, or take care of customers that have been waiting longer.
