We signed up for an auto loan through sooper and found out afterwards that they don't allow online payments....what kind of company can't take online payments in 2016? It is so inconvenient. You have to mail in a check or drive down and pay them in person and I don't live near their office. And when I mail in a check payment it's takes them forever to process it. When I call to get information about my loan I get conflicting answers each time I call, and the customer service reps are always mean when I call. I wish we had not re financed our car loan with them.

After being told I need one year of a previous loan to be able to refinance my vehicle, I worked hard to reach over a credit score over 775. After 13 months these idiots decide I need 18 months of a previous loan. I went to a different credit union and got approved right away and a lower rate then sooper offered and the interest was 1.5 percent lower. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!
