Bank of the West E Yale Ave, Aurora

This is not the best Bank for sure. Definitely has the worst mobile online banking of any bank that I currently use. When you deposit a check remotely it always takes 10 days to deposit no matter what. Oh and when it takes them three days to figure out that Amazon has issued a return on your item, you know something’s wrong internally with this banking company so I’ll be closing this account🙄

Bank it'self I love, everyone is nice. 3 stars because this past weekend stopped to get money and like always went to use my bank card to open door to access ATM (always been a security feature at this branch) and our new bank cards no longer open the door. What's up with that?? Had to find another branch with an outside ATM. Waste of time.

You need an outdoor ATM if you will never open the doors and let people in.

Really wishing 0 stars was an option. I have been in here once already to close my account due to the rude service I regularly receive and the constant hoops they require you to jump through to get anything done. Somehow the account was reopened again and now I owe fees on this account that for all I knew was closed and inactive. Everyone that I have dealt with in this endeavor has been rude and extremely unhelpful. Hoping I can get this account closed soon and for good. I’m really looking forward to never having to deal with bank of the west again!

This is the 3rd Bank of the West branch I have been to and like the others branches the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Today Dasha P. helped open a checking account for my daughter and Dasha was kind and made sure my daughter understood the different types of accounts available to her. We didn't feel rushed. Thank you Dasha for your excellent service 👍

Deposited a cashiers check on the 22nd, it cleared on the 25th but this branch held and would not release over half of the amount as late as the 29th. Issuer of cashiers check had never heard of a bank doing this to one of their checks and this caused several checks to bounce n incurred fees. Other branch confirmed date of check having cleared n couldn’t fathom why this branch didn’t realease the funds. Very suspicious activity with this check n what are they using funds for??? Very very poor service n speed n will NEVER use this branch again! Lazy lazy people!

Horrible bank. They have lied and stolen money. Their bankers will troll you. Really horrible people here. Your money is not safe in this bank. At least mine wasn't. They even tried to charge me more fees after closing my account for having too low of a balance! Had to file a BBB complaint. Still took tons of fighting with the to even get some of the fees back.. Worst experience. Dishonest bank.

I have never had a bad moment with my Bank of the West. They are always courteous. They always explain their processes and protocols. I enjoy every visit.

Very friendly staff here. Always enjoy talking to Elizabeth when I'm in here. I started going to this location because of the friendly staff and speedy service. Thanks again guys for treating us well.

I waited for 30 minutes for a banker to just talk to me, but Kevin did great.
