    I’ve never felt like I’ve bothered somebody so bad by trying to set up an account with the promotion that’s advertised on their website. I know I’ll be able to go to another branch with somebody more willing to help me out rather than get me out the door

    The drive thru is a nightmare. Most times are 30 mins or more. Going inside isn't much better. The problem is not so much volume just slow service. I only go here because my landlord uses it to collect rent. I would never bank at this location if I had a choice. Been going thru this with them for 2.5 years.

    Worst bank I have ever dealt with ! Incompetent people here .. Branch manager never available! Cannot complete simple request ! We the people put our hard earned money into this bank and they cant even print out a paper with a date on it !!

    Hours on website say Saturday hours till 2:00 pm. I, along with many others were in the drive through waiting to be helped. When I got to the window at 12:36 the girl said sorry we closed at 12:30. Understand that we are still in this pandemic mode, but someone should have been out there telling us they were closed or should have had a sign that said so. Still not happy about their closing our La Porte branch, but to drive 20 minutes and this happens?

    This bank is terrible, I can't even deposit money into my husband's account, usually that happens with a withdraw if you're not on the account. The way there online banking is set up is awful. We will be switching back to Gulf Coast educators,things were so much better and more organized over there

    By far the worse, I open an investment account online to transfer my 401k and followed the instructions they gave me over the phone. I got to the branch to deposit the check and the lady at the customer service desk to the left, instead of asking me for my name or account information she immediately start telling me they do do those type of accounts. I try to explain that I open it online and the their national number gave me the instructions but no she continued to say they do not do that. I decided to call their main number on go to my normal branch on the north side as this lady was obviously not going to help me.

    Walked in yesterday 8-22-19. Got there at 5 20 pm. Told them I’d like to open a new checking acc and savings account. Branch manager told me sorry it takes 40 min and I only have 1 banker available come back tomorrow.. guess they didn’t want my business. Terrible customer service. I guess the branch manager can’t open a new account? Or either they just weren’t willing to stay a few minutes later. Going back to wells f.

    This branch is horrible at customer service. I understand there are certain requirements and procedures when a client wants to open an account but I had to sit for 30 mins in there lobby with no one around for them to tell me that I would need two forms of ID for my 14 year old daughter to open her an account with me. I was approached twice (once by the branch manager) to asked what I needed and when I explained what I was seeking they didn’t bother to give me more information on the steps to opening an account. The manager states it’s because they could NOT dispose of private information like that around other customers (it was just me and my daughter in lobby) but when another client walked in way after me he had questions and was taken into an office (by the branch manager) to be helped while I sat there and waiting for the one and only teller to help me. Again I understand policy and procedures but at my Chase in Channelview I’ve never have been treated like I wasn’t valuable. I could of been prescreened a bit better by this location instead they let me sit there just to not be able to help me. So if you like to be treated like you are of no value to chase go ahead and visit this location for their poorly customer service. I wish this wouldn’t of been the case for me since I have been a long time chase customer and will continue only because I like Chase itself as my bank.

    I always come inside to deposit my money because I enjoy the interaction, but today was some of the worst customer experience I've had in a long time. First I was not greeted when I walked through the door, I was waiting in line for a normal amount of time before I was called "next" by a teller named "Willie" (so it says on his receipt) he was not wearing a name badge. He was extremely rude and seems like he hated his job and didn't care to interact with the customers.If I wanted to be treated like "you didn't care" I would have gone through the drive through line for that kind of service. Because of that kind of service I'm switching banks. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone.
