who sells a used switch for $330. I Walk in trying to get help then some guy snaps at me because he's in a bad mood or something. I don't want to be serviced by him so then the manager services me and lowballs me half of the money for a gun... And then keeps running her mouth trying to make me look stupid. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

Selling items that are not real silver plus Manuel dont even give a recipe. Went back as soon as I stopped at the gas station and realized it was fake

My experience has been very good, been coming to the pawn shop for awhile, they have the best prices on firearms

Shop has policy to try to write down private information about you before you purchase. I came here to purchase an item. Was paying with my card. Jessica and Patricia were who I was dealing with. I made the purchase with my credit card. Patricia asked to see my ID before running the card. I said sure, happy that you make sure someone else isn’t spending my money. She checked my state issued drivers license with my photo and name on it which matches the card. Said ok great. Then she ran my card and put the charge on it. Then she said ok, before you sign I need to write down your drivers license number and your date of birth on paper. I said what for? She said it was company policy. I told them they didn’t need to write down my drivers license number or date of birth, I don’t need to give that information. They hassled me for a good while. I have never faced this situation at any pawn shop out of hundreds I’ve been to and any store in general anywhere. They already checked my ID to verify I was card owner, I was about to sign the receipt with my signature. They said we aren’t selling you the item then. I said fine. Both of them including manager Jessica didn’t know how to void the transaction. I waited for over 20 minutes for them to figure it out. There’s no reason they needed that information. Jessica was nice, just blindly following a stupid invasive policy. Patricia was snooty about me not being ok with giving them my private information that I am not required to give to make a purchase. I won’t be coming back here again. Advise others not to as well. Your identity and personal information is at risk by their unnecessary invasive policies. Stupid that they would not allow me to make a purchase after showing them my state issued official drivers License and paying with my card.

I went to pawn something off and they asked me countless of times if I wanted to sell it. I kept telling them no, so he sent me to the other dude working. Again asked if I wanted to sell the item. I literally told them no about 5 times. I will never go back there again. Stop pestering me about it.

Assistant manager always tries to low ball you and won't budge. Compares prices to eBay auctions that just started or have days left. This is the 2nd time I have brought something in and walked away with it. Took it to Houston valu+pawn and got what I was asking for in Pasadena

Excellent customer service. Very good people. Willing to negotiate and always have an awesome guitar selection. I'll never use another pawn shop

Crooks, and when I brought the item back, I was basically told I broke it myself. An insult to my intelligence. Do not buy anything here, once there is a problem, they act like they don't know you. The assistant manager is a jerk. What he don't know is that I'll get the better of him, he will be sorry that he treated me the way he did, I've got a big mouth and a bigger following on Facebook. Two thousand friends in the Houston area alone, they're all going to know about this.

The worst customer service on the planet unlisted u r latino looked around for about 15 minute no one ask if I needed anything are could the yr help me . ....sad dont wait ur time . Was look to buy a firearm my son ....

Bout the only thing this place is interested in buying is electronics and guns. And they won't pay much for anything. Usually give you about 1/3 of the value of something. And the staff are a bunch of dick heads. Stay away
