Get this... I was power of attorney for my aging mother's bank accounts when she was in a nursing home. The feds sent her stimulus money on a debit card. The teller at this branch was unable to take the money off the debit card and deposit it into her account. The branch manager was unable to do so as well. So, what they told me to do was, take the debit card to their ATM outside the bank, cash it there, and come back in, and deposit the cash. I did just that, and ended up draining the ATM completely. What bank cannot take money from a debit card and deposit it into an account? Incredibly stupid!

Incredibly disappointed in my experience here. I showed up an hour before they closed on a Saturday to sign some paperwork to be added on a joint account with an out of state family member who has fallen on hard times, and was told the banker was “too booked” to sit with me and I would need to make an appointment to come back on Monday. Now I understand timing and schedules, having worked as a teller many years ago myself. I get it, you don’t want to have your bankers stay past closing. However, this was an urgent matter, and literally the difference between someone getting to eat over the weekend or waiting until Monday. Worse than the lack of assistance, was the lack of empathy. The teller was very rude, and could not have cared less about the impact this decision made. I would have expected this kind of assistance at Key Bank, but not at Chase. Again, incredibly disappointed in my customer service experience today. Not making the best start off to the Christmas season of giving guys. Pay for some teller training on kindness.

I was here yesterday and the tellers Ryan and Eki was extremely helpful in helping me set up my account yesterday give me a first time Chase member and when I noticed the sign saying that you guys had a coin shortage I told them I actually have a bunch of coins and they said if you have a bunch of coins that would extremely help us out a lot if you can bring them in so I went home and helped them out

Super busy at lunchtime on a Friday. There were 6-7 people waiting in line for the ATM and another 7 or 8 people waiting in line for the three busy tellers. I figured I would have better odds waiting for one of the three tellers but stood there for five minutes and didn’t move. Watched at least three people go through the ATM before I figured out that my mobile deposit limit was high enough to deposit the check I had. Logged in online, deposited my check, and got out of line. This is not a convenient location to begin with being inside the grocery store and not having a deposit drop. There needs to be a branch independent of a grocery store somewhere on the southside of tacoma or Near the mall.

Have been with Washington Mutual that turned into Chase for 22 years and they treat me like a bum on the street. I always had money in the bank up until I became a stay at home mom. I've been paying the $12 per month fee for not having the $1500 minimum, but now money is tighter than ever. I call and plead for them to help me out, and the only thing I got was a rude woman who had no compassion at all. The cost of living is so expensive these days. You would think banks would be happy to have our business, let alone, charge so many fees. Will be going elsewhere where I'm treated human.

Went in to close a savings account because I did not use it. Went to the teller window and she actually handled it there (as opposed to sending me to a personal banker). The whole transaction was painless and it was convenient.

I went in to add my wife as a joint account holder on my checking account. I get it, it's a saturday and it's busy, but after waiting in an 8 customer line, they told me they couldn't help us because they were too busy and understaffed, they offered to make an appointment, but only on a weekday, which doesn't work for us. They wasted 25 minutes of our time, and really weren't very helpful for a fairly simple service request.

If I could give negative stars I would. Been here 3 times trying to add my husband to my account and every time we came in they would say they couldn't fit us in cause their ONLY banker was busy. We came in today and there was no customers there amd they said they have 1 banker and she's booked for the day and to try another branch. I only have certain days that we can do this and they were the closest location. If it's really that necessary to make an appointment for something that shouldn't take long, then they need to let people know so I don't waste my time and gas coming to this crappy location. What's the point of the two girls standing there doing nothing? Why don't they have more than 1 banker capable of helping with something like adding a person to my account? Won't be coming here anymore!

DO NOT LISTEN WHEN THEY SAY TO USE THEIR "NEW" ATM'S refrain from ATMs in general. Major malfunction and "technical issues" can happen and the machine will take your money while chase sits there and makes a claim.

Waiting customer service for one hour. Only one employee served one client for one hour and it seems other employees do not care. I was told it is ok to wait for 3 hours to be served. If there is a ZERO, this branch deserve it. One is too much.
