Everyone at this Chase branch is AMAZING. Julie is one of the best tellers I've had, she's so patient and thorough, I really appreciate her work ethic. Best Chase branch in Sonoma County!

We've known David Burritt for years, since he was the VP Branch Manager at the Chase bank in Corte Madera for almost five years. What he was able to accomplish down there was incredible and he ran one of the top teams in the country bringing in over $100mil in new investments and $200mil in new lending during his time down there. He has now transitioned into with them and is a Private Client Financial Advisor. We have had clients from our Real Estate business go through him and they have had fantastic experiences. If you are looking for someone to help you with your next steps in investing and planning I have no hesitation in recommending that you reach out to David. He's amazing and you are in great hands!

Just do yourself a favor and head down the street to Bank of America, they don't care who you are or if you have an appointment, they are not going to ignore you. Ok I understand these are "Covid times" still. But a new customer walks into your lobby and sits waiting. Is it really ok just to walk by Travis and ignore them the whole time? A simple explanation of what your bank's routine is would help. This was my first time trying use this bank, and trying to move from state to state with a bank that is located in both was a very important and the main reason why I even tried to reach out to Chase Bank.

They have no clue what they are doing. I made an appt. and then they tell me I need to come back the following week. I stopped being their customer a few years ago because of their terrible service. The only reason I have to deal with them is because my Dad has a prop. loan with them. I will be paying them off soon. Will be so happy when they are out of my life for good. Bank of the West is a much better place to Bank with or even better the Redwood Credit Union.

Came in to take care of a quick issue with my business accounts that required a representative but they were busy. I offered to make an appointment and agreed to return at 10 am. Arrived at five to ten to find one woman waiting and the last customer finishing up. The representative I made the appointment with told the other rep that I was his 10 o'clock. The rep looks at him and says, "Well, she was here first so I'm helping her." We were both shocked and the woman appeared uncomfortable, offering to go after me while the other rep tried to explain that I was in 20 minutes earlier and had made an appointment to return. The rep was having none of it, he looks at me and says in a horribly patronizing tone, "Sir, she was here first so I'm helping her" Wow. Shout out to hiring a CSR that doesn't know what "Appointment" means. You sure showed me. I was really irritated so I just left and drove out of my way to my next nearest branch (Mendo) where I was professionally received and taken care of, consistent with my treatment by Chase over the last 12 years. Chase has been just stellar and above and beyond with my personal and business accounts. I rave about them to everyone, but just apparently not this branch. I am definitely reporting this to corporate, that was just awful.

We had a money order that was sent back to us because we no longer had to pay the debit and I had my husband take it in and cash it since he signed the money order. The lady who help him said “yes we can but let me confirm it” with the other guy that was there. This person did not even look at it my husband said the teller just said no. My husband was also told to go back to where we bought and have them give him a new one. :( I get the call from my husband, so I call told the same teller (guy) the same story about the money order and teller says “ sure we can just bring it in” then I said I have a complaint and told him he had just told my husband NO. I was furious, Then the teller starts changing the whole story around and started to make up excuses. Horrible customer service and I called it discrimination as well. We will NO longer go there and it’s not the 1st time we see bad customer services.

Most of the people that work here are judgemental and racist. I have been treated mean and unfairly by several of their workers and I can't even say they were " having a bad day" because they treated the ones before and after me really nice, it's not cool to do that. For what I have read most of your costumers do not like the service here so why do you guys don't teach your employees to be nice to costumers.

In gernaral this branch is good and it’s the closest one to my house so I go there very regularly to do deposits. And I have never had any issue before in the past using there service but the one teller name Karishma (Indian from India or that region originally) she should never been there as a teller, she has no service-mind, never pay good attention to regular customers at all. Never had any problem with any other tellers before in this branch untill this one and every time, I left with un happy feelings.

The staff at this location have been wonderful to work with! I've been in numerous times over the last couple months, and every time I've been impressed by the level of service of customer care.
